“I will give the SRA phone staff 10/5 stars as they were friendly, informative, helpful and polite (Derricka and the last person I dealt with setting up account and access) . Wish they had someone closer to help with paying and signing in person. When I went to move in they were tearing up the asphalt so no gate entry and a little bit of a hassle trying to maneuver through the front drive. Also would like better lighting in the climate controlled area as I had to find my flashlight in car. Will have to update in near future on access and lighting.”
“The grounds and storage units are clean. The garage doors close tight without signs of rust or disrepair. I really like that the grounds are surrounded by fence with a secure entrance onto the property. I feel confident that my property is safe with SROA.”

“This business is on the north east end of Haven Road, not the south east end. The street signs say 1st Street NE or SE. Very confusing! I tried to edit, but don't know if it will take. Please business owners!...check out how people are ( or aren't ) finding you on Google maps.”
