I don't normally do reviews, but when you get the BEST customer service you didn't expect, you have to brag about it and spread the word best you can!!!I got into an accident, a month ago. No longer then 20 mins after being in the accident, I called up Jeff. I told him what happen and that i needed to bring it in as it wasn't drive-able and needed a vehicle! I was givin a vehicle by them with no hesitation with little to no warning! Shortly after having the vehicle, (rental) it wouldn't start for me and I was stuck on lunch break. Jeff came out, picked me up, took me back to work and took care of fixing the car and had that car back to me by the end of my work day! They made sure I was taken care of and not left without wheels. If that's not customer service, I don't what is! A month later my vehicle was done!!! Even better, it looked AMAZING! The whole processes was so much easier with Hilmerson Collision! Getting into an accident is a headache enough, along with the inconvenience of not having your vehicle, but Jeff and Michelle made this as smooth of a processes as they could for me!
