This is NOT a corporate Verizon store!!!!
After I paid Verizon $35 activation fee, this location charged another $50 to set up and transfer data for me!!!
St cloud has corporate store that would have done it for free!! Or call 611 and Verizon tech would step you through it for free!!!
This guy lied repeatedly to us!!!
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!

Every single time I come in this store the employees are rude and act like they don't want your business...went into it this last time to drop my mom's payment off the only thing the guy behind counter said was (in a rude tone) "it's gonna be 45 minutes to and hour before I can help...DONT BOTHER WITH THIS BUSINESS IF I COULD OF PICKED ZERO STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE

Naomi has been amazing! I had to see her twice in two days as a screen on my camera part of my phine scratched. She had the best attitude and was so patient !! She is gem!!!
