I usually don't write google reviews but A-1 deserves one for their quick and outstanding service.
Jake did an awesome job fixing our frig/freezer. He was prompt, explained what he was doing and what he was finding. It was a complicated problem, but he didn't say, '" I think it's fixed, call me if you have any more problems", as we have heard in the past. He stayed until he was sure it was actually fixed and cooling properly. The frig/freezer is cooling better now than it did when it was brand new. Jake is a nice, polite and friendly guy who really knows his stuff. I talked to both Tom and Murial while trying to get service and they were both extremely understanding, helpful and accommodating. Skill, knowledge and customer service like that is hard to find these days. A huge thank you and kudos to all 3 of you! We will be calling A-1 for all our appliance service needs. We would highly recommend them!

Great service..walked me through what was wrong with my dryer, saved me thousamds from having to buy a new washer and dryer..Best $300 i have spent!!!

Called and they were very friendly answered right away. Came out the within a few hours. Jake is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Walked me through what he was checking and how to troubleshoot which was a great lesson and could save me future issues. Price was very reasonable. About 40$ for parts, and labor came to 160$ and honestly way cheaper than a new unit. Don't go searching further and just give them a call!Service: Refrigerator repair

Wonderful place. They arrived promptly--very attentive. We almost scrapped an older model Whirlpool washing machine, when all we needed was a lid switch. They Really know there stuff. Let us know the quality of the machine and what we might need to put into it in the future vs. spending several hundred on a newer machine and paying to have the old one removed. First class service, very satisfied!
