Had to take my wife's Lexus over for some repairs got a quote from them.
Amazing enough it was less than what they said! Super nice guys ! And got us in the same day on a Saturday no less!
And the repairs took half the time!
And afterwards we still had some weird lights on the dash and they immediately came out and fixed it no charge!
Need something done go to these guys!

These guys are hands down the very best automotive shop in the Twin Cities, their service prices are the best, but most important is the honesty and integrity that they offer in the ways they truly care for the customer and their vehicle. I won’t take my cars to any other place as long as they are around.

I needed help with my 350Z Nissan....where to go? My friend told me about Vroom. They said they are honest and knowledgeable .
So I had my car towed there. I am so delighted that I did. I won't go into it, but my car is purrrrring and I am happy.

Missed a bent rim and forgot to put my tires in my car my first visit. Second visit is unfortunately the last. Asked a question and met defensiveness and attitude. Walked out to my car and noticed they had scratched the hell outta my rims ?.
Update to response.
The only person/persons offended seemed to be the employee that felt the need to interject. I was/am disappointed and frustrated since the shop was recommended by friends. My intent for sharing is to be transparent for folks that rely on reviews.

Super friendly and easy to work with. I used to HATE going to auto shops, afraid of being scammed or judged for my lack of knowledge. Not at Vroom auto: the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful! We’ve been taking our vehicles here for close to a decade and keep coming back for these very reasons.
