Poorly cleaned soda fountain and bathrooms. Poorly maintained toilets with many growths stuck to the bottom. This must've been there for days that employees have seen it and not cleaned, for it to grow this large.Mold at soda fountain around ice box should be a concern that it is not being properly cleansed. I'm worried what the inside looks like if this bacterial growth is protruding to the outside at the seams.Mold at the tea / lemonade dispensers.Food was great, and assembled fast & correct per online order.Workers present at time of pickup were polite and prompt.

I honestly forget the sweet ladies name that works here, but she's so incredibly kind, personable, quick and efficient. I come here fairly often for door dash and my own personal food, and I've never had a bad experience with her. She's usually working week nights around 5-7 is when I see her. Give that woman a raise!

This location is a hot mess! The last few times we've come the employees have been less than enjoyable. They're very short with you and rude. Today the man who was ringing people up came over to start assembling our sandwiches, but didn't change his gloves. So, I asked him kindly to do so. He looked confused, but said he would change them. We appreciated that, but I was disturbed that changing his gloves was not a given. It's seems like all their locations are going downhill.?I don't recommend this location.

The meatball sub...bought it, ate it, loved it! Service was fast, friendly. Very clean and well organized! I will be visiting again.

Ok, so I’d like to start by saying this store has changed so much with all the new staff coming in. The old staff was always friendly and they knew me by name and vice versa. Tonight I went in and it turned into the worse day ever!! The so called manager in training decided he didn’t want to serve me or let his colleague check me out because I asked him to change his gloves as I just watched him do a transaction at the register. Aren’t you supposed to change your gloves anyway? Why would you think it’s ok to touch anything at the register, take payment from customers and come make my sandwich. So I asked him nicely to not work on my sandwich and let his coworker do it. She starts making my sandwich and he decides to stop working with another customer and come to my sandwiches AGAIN and touch them and there was no need to so he decided to call the police. He definitely needs to be let go and figure out another job because customer service is not the path for him. I’m so disappointed and all the swearing he was doing when the police was there and made up a whole story of what didn’t happen I will not be going there again!

I would like to say that this place has gone down hill so much. The staff were nice, friendly, and courteous. Now they are unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful. I was waiting in line with some prople in front of us. After one of the workers was done helping with some customers they put their headphones on and started talking on the phone and went to the back area. Now there is a group of us waiting out front with no employees insight for 15 min. Next thing a employee came out and said they were closing. I had asked why and basically told me me none of my business and told me to get out. There were some other things that were said to but all I can say is this young gentleman was very rude and unprofessional from the moment he came out. I hope they start picking better people and start doing some conflict resolution training.

I used to come here pretty frequently, but recently I've dealt with some crudy service. The tipping point was today. I walked into this location with my family with two other people ahead of us and an employee helping serve another. Once said employee finished helping their current customer they went into the back room on the phone without a word, leaving my family and the couple ahead of us standing there. We waited 15 minutes before a different employee came out front and demanded we leave with no explanation. Now generally i would be understanding of this except the way this employee handled the situation, their demeanor, use of words, and even tone of voice was very off putting. They were rude, plain and simple. Instead of saying something along the lines of, "we unfortunately need to close early due to unforeseen circumstances. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes you." I was met with, "we are closing early." When my mom, who was with me, asked why, this employee responded aggressively with "I don't need to tell you now get out." The situation escalated. Also while I was leaving and sitting in my car to find somewhere else to eat, a different man came in who they proceeded to serve. Look, I work in the hospitality industry, specifically I work in catering as a server. I understand how unappreciated this service can be, but there's a very big difference between professionally declining service to someone and unprofessionally demanding someone to get out and escalating a situation that could have easily been avoided if you used a better choice of words and a different tone of voice. This is not okay and subway should think about training their employees better in conflict resolution with customers without escalating the situation.In the end, while the food is good for what it is, I give this place a 1 star review based on the service I've received the last few times I've come, including today.

This Subway is tucked away but a great place to stop for a sandwich. I haven't had the same experiences as those who posted negative reviews. The space is clean, the employees are as friendly as you'd expect at a Subway, and there's a nice parking lot with a small patio. The veggies were fresh - that's what I care about most!

We like Subway. We even worked there years ago. But, I got the chicken sweet onion teriyaki, hubby got the steak sweet onion teriyaki subs. There was hardly any teriyaki flavor on either sandwich. Such a disappointment. We will not get those sandwiches again. At least we know the other sandwiches are good.

Decided to order food from this specific subway tonight for dinner, my go to is the boss and they loaded up my sub with veggies, which they aren’t supposed to do. I asked for normal portions besides 2 things and they couldn’t even fold my sandwich. Second off, the person who took me was very rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t say hello and rushed everything and got mad because I wanted my sub a certain way. Thought I’d give this subway a try since I just moved near but never will I again especially since it gave me extreme food poisoning. Only thing I have eaten today. Never will I order from this location again. Especially as an old sandwich artist for 3+
