Just had my 2016 Traverse worked on, the guy on the phone was great, answered all my questions asked follow up questions. Did a drop off the night before, they called the next day with a diagnosis of the issues and had it fixed by end of day for what I think was a very fair price. I have been searching for a great local shop and will definitely be bringing my vehicles back.
Only negative is the parking lot is a little busy, but really not that big of deal.

Thought they had done a good job then found out the K&N air box installed was not K&N but a discontinued knock off and he put a K&N sticker on it.

Will never go here again. Trying to get ahold of someone will never happen. Had my vehicle for 3 days without a call or even looking at it. I have two boys so I needed my vehicle. I have called then over 15 times without anyone answering there phone. Never going here again.

I know Ryan personally and professionally and hold him in high regard. He fixed a serious oil leak on my minivan (high mileage 250k). Also repaired my Pontiac vibe that had an annoying broken clicking way up under my dash. I also sent my sister to him with a three year old (just put of warranty) jeep Grand Cherokee...the dealer wanted to do 3000 worth of repairs, Ryan did it for half and said they were trying to upcharge everything. Haven't been driving my truck lately because of gas prices, but I want Ryan to make it nice again this fall so I can use it for 4wd in the winter. Give him a chance and you won't be disappointed!

Always excellent service at a great price. I have to drive by 100 other mechanic shops to get to this one but they are worth it. Only mechanics I trust with more than oil changes.
