I've been a customer for a little while now and I had some confusion about my account I came into the Little Canada site my unit's not there but the manager Charles was very knowledgeable and extremely polite and just a joy to be around help me out with all my questions very professional service

Charles was friendly and very helpful with helping me to pick what storage was right for me. He seemed very knowledgable and had concern for me as a customer. Charles made my renting experience seem effortless! So far so good as long as the rent doesn’t increase twice a year or double I’m happy with my public storage choice. Thank you Charles

Charles at the County Rd B location has shown outstanding customer service! He remembers me when I come in, is always willing to assist and has a great, positive attitude. I mentioned I was having trouble reaching the rope for the unit door, and he immediately added rope to make it easier for me. THANK YOU!

"dear public storage" why you increasing prices with out any reason, For the last year rent of 5x5 storage increased from $40 to $79, now I get email that you will extra charge $50 deposit for Combination Lock Deposit. I'm not ready to pay you that money, and would like to reduce rent payment.

Would give them 0 if I could. Technology is fine - easy to get in/out, but canceling is a nightmare. 1) Got a call from the property manager when I disabled autopay about 3 weeks prior to moving out (so she KNEW we were leaving)2) Cleared the storage unit, sweep it, removed the lock3) Tried to inform the property manager but she was not in her office; 2 phone calls rang to voice mail4) Tried calling corporate - they would take NO action unless I could provide the hour and minute I last accessed the unit. Are you fricking kidding me? Who records I last entered the unit at 1:13 pm...Do NOT use the Roseville location.

This company leads you in with a low rate and quickly raises the rates every few months. You do not have a contract for a rate so be aware a rate that starts at $79 can go to $309 fairly quickly. This is not a good option for long-term storage. The units themselves are clean and well-maintained good security and customer service at the site. It’s unfortunate that they price gouge but this is done at a corporate level, not at the individual storage facility.

The price of rent is increasing for no reason. They just sent us a notice that the price will increase, for last year I got 2 notices, rent had increased by 90%. Dear Public storage - please explain WHAT IS THE REASON? It looks like 5x5 storage in a couple years will cost as 1b apartment.
