Amazing experiences both times I’ve had to bring in a computer. Fast, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I haven’t mentioned the fair pricing yet but let’s just say I will not hesitate to come back with any issues and know I’m getting great service.

Excellent work by André on a difficult issue!
My daughter’s pc started to show weird symptoms , such as running for a while and then having OS utilities fail.
Psinergy’s web site was the only site that mentioned that they deal with OS stability issues.
The fixed price also helped mitigate the risk of a difficult issue running up potentially a huge bill.
André was able to do the differential diagnosis, based on his 25 years of experience, to find that it was failing RAM.
Excellent work on a hard-to-diagnose subtle hardware layer issue!

Brought my lightning damaged desktop to a different company and they were not able to fully diagnose what needed to be fixed. So then I brought my desktop to Psinergy and recognized right away that Andre knew what he was doing. Desktop was dropped off and fixed within two business days with time in between to order the needed parts. I would definitely recommend.

Psinergy had my computer needs finished in one day, just like they said they would, The tech who worked on my computer walked me through basic steps before I took it out of their shop! The price was right too! I do not trust anywhere else to work on my private computer. Thank You Psinergy, I am a customer for life!!

I’m super comfortable with most repairs, however Psinergy really sold me with how competent they were in diagnosing and fixing something outside of my competency. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business for very difficult repairs such as laptops.

They diagnosed what the issue was and recommended I would be better off just buying a new PC. They ran several diagnostic tests, and pricing was very reasonable. It was a bonus that they were open on Sunday. Will definitely take my computers back when an issue inevitably arises again.

Always a trusted repair service and for advice on buying new, updated systems. I can call him up when I am panicked about a locked up computer and he handles it over the phone to get me back on track. He is a local business which I support.

Andre fixed my computer the same day! We lost audio last summer, but I was reluctant to bring it in somewhere thinking I would be told I needed a new computer. Had seen reviews about Psinergy and thought it couln't hurt to try. So happy I did!
