Nice place to live!!! Pretty quiet and has activities especially in the summer. Holiday decorating contests with prizes every year. Manager is always out of office and answering service is useless. Promises a lot but usually no follow through.

Enjoy having your rent jacked up by at least $25, every single year, with no additional benefits to show for it. The managers like to close the playground at the drop of a hat, typically because some teenager used a naughty word - like that was somehow my five-year-old's fault? I literally waited 3 years for them to fix the light outside my house - and received nastygrams about once a year about how I needed to replace the bulb.On the other hand, it's a nice little community full of pretty good people. So it's got that going for it.

Potholes everywhere it is extremely terrible to drive through. Whenever asked for maintenance, they NEVER do anything about it. But they are quick to go after you about rent but not when you need help from them.

I made an appointment to see the unit planned to purchase, but the office manager took me to another unit which he never mentioned. He said the other unit was sold last Tuesday. Why on earth he said it's available over the phone and it's showing available on their web as of now. Do you update your website frequently or just sold the story??? Should be professional when you sell the property.

Have lived in this park since 1985 and now for the past few years it's being going down hill both crime and extreme lack of management caretaking when it comes to street potholes,plowing ect.. Tom the park manager needs to be replaced by someone who can do the job correctly and within a timely manner. Have tried communicating with the park and all i ever get is a..we are on it, but then months go by and things still don't get done and when something finally does, it's a bare bones lowest bid poor job. If you can avoid coming here do so.
