This is Ladies Day. I received a friendly welcome, a charcuterie board, and offer of pastries and a mimosa, then directed to the area where I could find certain decor. Found what I liked and was checked out quickly because I had an appointment to make. The staff were friendly and helpful. Another nice to Gabbert’s!

Many thanks to David Gray, (no relation) at HOM Furniture, again! I was looking forward to some additional accessories for my living room, and knew that I wanted to contact David to help me, with his great design eye. Success! I am looking forward to receiving my custom fabric ottoman, pillows, and circular accent rug. The fabrics he presented were perfect, and really took my living room to the next level.

Angela couldn't have been more disinterested and less empathetic. She took absolutely no initiative to problem solve when our delivery date was extended by several weeks, failing to even apologize for the inconvenience that this caused us.
Update - in continued disregard for the customer experience, even though the store has said they will reach out to discuss our concerns - we've heard nothing... Not surprised
