One of our windows cracked in half with in the first 6 months and when I called to see if there was a warranty to have this replaced they said "No, windows break all the time so you will have to pay to have it fixed." This is likely a material defect or some sort of defect because the window is nowhere close to the ground level where something could have hit it to cause this damage and I have been in previous homes where the windows were put in over 20 years ago and never broke. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!

He does a fantastic job, very professional, fair prices, excellent service. We have had 2 cloudy/compromised window glass replaced + a pane in a 15 lite door that was broken and ordered a glass top for the coffee table I made. All came out excellent! I would recommend this company to everyone.

Jim has come over twice now to fix two three windows in our house. He is quite possibly the best and most honest business person I have dealt with in quite sometime. If you ever need any window repairs do NOT go any place else!!

Had this Andersen casement window that had leaked, I bought the window when I got it I realize the window was to heavy for me. Younger years i could have done it myself. Called Home Advisor and within a day FG Glass had the job. Window is in and not broken. From now on I'm calling Home Advisor. and I did for another project.

FG Glass replaced an ancient Andersen window that I broke while removing a tree from my roof. The work was magnificent- the window looked like it had never had a problem. The man arrived as expected, explained what he was going to do, and carefully fixed it better than I thought possible. I have nothing but good things to report.

I’v met with a representative of FG Glass and found him to be very knowledgeable. I believe the estimated provided was reasonable and fair; but we have been unable to finalize the transaction due to disagreement with the insurance with our insurance company. Would recommend to friends.
