The only nice one there is that Hmong girl, shout out to you! Everyone else is cranky and rude, I was at self-checkout since the line was long, but then the machine malfunctioned, and the lady helping other people at the register yelled at me in a horribly rude tone, "We'll be with you in just a moment" as if I was causing a ruckus. I hope they all stay miserable for their terrible customer service! ;)

The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. The manager? Wonderful! Today I bought some probiotics, when I left I remembered I had added a coupon to my card... but it didn't come up on the self checkout screen to apply it.. ugh. So I went back later that night, with my receipt and a picture of the coupon that should have come up to apply. Ryan didn't hesitate to reimburse me for the un-applied coupon. He even went above and beyond and instead offered me $5 extraCareBucks for my trouble. I told him thank you and that I appreciated him. It's wonderful to deal w a manager that no hesitation corrects the problem and especially when they go beyond your expectations!! Thank you Ryan, I appreciated the customer service and I appreciate you.

I stopped going for about a year because the pharmacy was understaffed. Just waiting to get helped without a long line took 20 minutes. I went again yesterday it was well staffed and quick. I will now use it again.

Went up a few days ago to pick up my prescriptions they said the one was ready but they couldn't find the other one. Had to go back the following day to pick it up. Called in a couple of days for another prescription went up today to pick it up told me it wasn't ready and that I would need to sit in the parking lot for a half hour. Went through the drive-thru then they told me we don't have any. And I would have to come back in a few more days to pick up the prescription. Why didn't they tell me when I went through the first time instead of having me wait in the parking lot.This will be the last time that I go up there for my prescriptions

The associate named Alexander, helped me with my transaction. I called to inquire some information about passport photos and he was extremely helpful every step of the way before and after I arrived to the store! The level of professionalism, initiative, and customer service that this young man displayed was second to none. I was extremely impressed with his ability to simultaneously assist multiple customers during a short rush without losing composure or quality in his assistance given to each customer. Even while we were waiting for my photos to develop, I was surprised to see his proactive work ethic while going above and beyond to stock a few items by the register in between making sure all of my needs were being met. This guy is an incredible multitasker, hard worker, and respectable / respectful man all around. I'd go out of my way to shop at this CVS again to find this level of customer service. I sincerely hope and pray that your establishment recognizes the value of such an outstanding employee and does its part to keep him around / cultivate his skills as a leader and knowledgeable asset within your store. Stopped by CVS because I thought it would be quicker than driving that extra block to get to Walgreens. HUGE mistake! Didn't see an employee anywhere in the store. Grabbed my items and headed checkout to have an employee yell from two aisles away that the registers were closed and I could use self-checkout. It's 1:15pm and there are no cashiers? Sale price wasn't ringing up, I guess you have to be a member. I would have appreciated that on the sale sticker. It's also hard to know how to become a member when there is no one there to check you out. I'll drive miles out of my way before I walk into another CVS.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy drive through. The technician was so rude and hung up on me. No one was in line for 30 minutes yet she wouldn’t take me in for my planned covid test. Her name was Laura… she needs way better customer service. If I could put a 0 I would l.

What a waste of time...CVS said to come pick up my meds...Then when I got there they said I had to call my doctor. Went back to the store at 8:05 PM and they had closed the pharmacy an hour early and said they wouldn't help me. Why in the world does your site say open till 9pm yet you are closing early. Thanks to you, I'm unable to get my meds until the next day.

I needed passport photos taken. Went to 3 Walgreens that offer the service and all of them told me 'their camera wasn't working'. Lies!! Went to this CVS and the awesome guy there took my photos and was very nice to deal with.

I made an appointment for my COVID booster weeks in advance and need to be fully vaccinated in order to work after exposures (which happens a lot at my job.) CVS cancelled my appointment an hour before and didn't say why. I tried calling the several listed phone numbers to ask but it won't connect me to a real person and keeps disconnecting my calls.
