Extremely happy with choosing this school for my daughter. My daughter started in 2022. The teachers make an effort to create a relationship with my daughter. They are great at communicating with me on behavioral issues or learning struggles. I have now moved to Hugo and drive to bring my daughter her. The curriculum in the class room is awesome, my daughter loves to tell me what she has learned. Highly recommended this school.

Our daughter started at CDA in the toddler room and is now in the pre-K room. We have been impressed with all of her teachers along the way. She loves going to school and playing with her friends. The curriculum changes to a new theme each week and it keeps our daughter engaged and excited. The classrooms are clean and well equipped with toys and activities. The food served is a good combination of kid friendly and nutritious. She really enjoys all of her teachers in the pre-k room- I can’t speak highly enough of all of them. Our child is safe, happy, and loved at CDA.

Our family feels so fortunate to have stumbled upon Children's Discovery when we had our son. We enrolled him in 2021 as it was a close location, had great reviews, and very experienced staff. Since then we have moved over 20 minutes away and decided to keep him there. We love how much development we see on a day to day basis and how much joy he has when he enters the building. His teachers have been nothing short of phenomenal and we look forward to seeing how he progresses through to his next classroom!

Our daughter has been at Children's Discovery Academy since the toddler room, and has never been happier! All of the caretakers/teachers have been very helpful in her transition from room to room and always greet her with warm welcomes every morning(us too:)). Our daughter is very active everyday and comes home telling us everything she does while at daycare and the list seems endless! We are grateful for everything they provide for us and how helpful and understanding they have been with our daughters food allergies. We are kinda sad she has to leave for kindergarten next year!

Being our first child we were understandably nervous to have her go off to daycare. But, so far the experience has been a good one. We can tell she likes it, we get a lot of happy photos sent to us throughout the day. She's always really excited when she sees her morning teacher during drop off. We will certainly be keeping her there and if we have another child we'll be sending them to children's discovery as well.

Our child only attended this center for 3 months, in the Kindergarten program. He has been in a group child care setting his entire life. Though he is a high energy child, he has always done well and been loved by peers and teachers. The first month and half were ok, but we noticed his academic skills regressing. The last month and half he was there, he turned into a child we could have never imagined possible for him. He was coming home each day with new and worse, terrible words than the day before. We had 2 verbal reports from the teacher of behavior that were shocking to us that “happened in the classroom”. Each and every day for the last month, we felt stress and anxiety dropping him off there. We received a call from the teacher on his last day in center informing us that we needed to “start looking for a different center” for him. I called the Center Director the next morning to ask what had happened to reach this point without even so much as an incident report, and to question the behavior events that had occurred. She explained that she was not familiar with the behavior events, but that she told the teacher to call us as they are “understaffed” and that is the reason he will be unable to attend. Within 4 days of being separated from this center, and in a new center he is back to being our child again. Once again he is loved by his peers and teachers, and the terrifying words are finally gone. We should have gone with our instincts, and taken him out of this situation much sooner. We truly feel that we paid a significant amount of money to this center for them to destroy him, and it was all handled so incredibly unprofessionally.

Our family is very happy with this school. Our son is 3 1/2 and full of energy. We joined the school a year ago and started in the toddler room. He is now in the preschool room. We are VERY happy with the teachers. The toys and rooms are clean and we feel safe letting our son be in this environment. They have a great outdoor area for playing and learning. When the weather is bad the children have a big indoor play area where they can run. Spanish, computer classes, dance and soccer are also offered at this school. We are planning on sending our child to the Kindergarten in 2011. The class size ratios are small and the children seem to get one on one attention. Needless to say we are happy. Oh, also the school has a cook and breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are included in the tuition. We live in the Como area of St Paul and drive 10 minutes to and from Children's Discovery. It is a great location.
