“I took my 2015 Nissan van into Good Neighbor Automotive for a wheel hub issue, and I’m so glad I did. Not only did they fix that problem, but they also discovered a bad tie rod and took care of it too. The price was incredibly fair and affordable. I’ve been searching for an honest and reliable mechanic since moving here, and I’ve finally found one. Jared was great—clear communication, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!”
“I have been going to Vroom for over 20 years. Tony, Jeremy, Andrew and all the guys have been wonderful. Their customer service, friendliness and most of all, honesty, is something not often seen in the service industry. I trust them.
I am a teacher and have appreciated the teacher discount. I have sent many, many of my teacher friends and my family to this location. I recently heard that since there is new management/ownership this is no longer being honored and I am saddened to hear that. There are four schools within a mile of this location! The new look of the store is great! But what matters most are the people who work there and the customers who come to see them. I hope GVT understands that if you take care of your people…workers and customers…success will follow.”
“Just had my 2016 Traverse worked on, the guy on the phone was great, answered all my questions asked follow up questions. Did a drop off the night before, they called the next day with a diagnosis of the issues and had it fixed by end of day for what I think was a very fair price. I have been searching for a great local shop and will definitely be bringing my vehicles back.
Only negative is the parking lot is a little busy, but really not that big of deal.”

“My dad taught me the basics of car care growing up, so when I noticed something was off with my brakes, I wanted to have it checked before the upcoming winter. I figured I’d get my oil change and tire rotation done at the same time. After researching several places, I chose R&S based on their good reviews and relatively affordable prices in today’s market. Free loaner cars were also a big plus.
Overall, I think they did a wonderful job and provided quality service.
That said, I was a bit frustrated during the process. I was initially told my car would be ready by a certain time, which was then pushed back multiple times until I was finally told to pick it up the next day. The next day during the road test after the new back brakes were on, the team concluded that my front brakes needed replacing after all, even though there was technically pad left. My car was still not braking right, meaning more time in the shop to replace the front pads. Near the end of the second day I was finally able to get my car back. Car repairs are never convenient and definitely come with headaches like this.
While communication during the repair could have been better and would have eased my worries, I want to acknowledge that Rick truly cares about the quality of his and his team’s work. I had some concerns about the invoice because it didn’t quite match what we discussed over the phone. Rick took the time to go over the details with me line by line, explaining everything clearly(even the card processing fee). In the end, everything made perfect sense and I am happy with the work.”
“AMAZING service from the moment my car was towed in! Justin explained the issues to me, even along with pictures, gave me an honest best and worst case scenario. Went ahead with his suggestion and he got my vehicle back up and running in no time! I will be taking all my vehicles here for future service. Thank you Justin and Pope Team!!”
