3 words that sum up Aquarius/Kinetico: FRAUD, OVERPRICED, INCOMPETENT. The sales person was extremely convincing regarding their "amazing" water softener and reverse osmosis systems. However, it has been nothing but a frustrating disappointment with lackluster follow-up by Aquarius. We had reached out and complained MULTIPLE times about continued hard water in the shower, and upon recently replacing our hot water heater, it was discovered that Aquarius never connected our hot water and we have been showering for years with hard water! The kicker is that they refused to test the water or further investigate aside from staring at the water softener and saying, "All the water is the same." The systems and filters are all proprietary, meaning they can and will charge you OUTRAGEOUS amounts for replacement filters ($450+/3 filters). If you want to get ripped off, have incompetent technicians install proprietary systems with ridiculously expensive filters, then this is your place! Otherwise, go elsewhere!!!

Mike did a great job. Explained everything that he did and what we had to do. We also found out that we were adding salt at the wrong time and what kind of problem that was causing.
Give the poor man a raise. He listened to us babble on. Very nice person. You are lucky to have him.

We had an extremely disappointing experience replacing our HVAC system. We received poor communication/explanation from the salesperson (Jay) and poor advise in terms of what was best for our home/cabin. Half way through the installation we were given options that would cost between $1000-4000.00 to make it right. Now we are having electrical issues so it will be interesting to see what they propose in order to fix.
I have been asked by several people if I would recommend Aquarius for HVAC service. At this time it is a resounding NO!!!!!

My HVAC full system peak performance check with Marcus M. went great. Marcus was very through and helped explain everything he was doing and made it easy to understand every step of the way. He repaired or cleaned up items found on check relating to my furnace making sure it will be ready for the upcoming season and gave me items to look at in future regarding AC. I would 100% recommend Marcus and would hope to have him come for future maintenance needs.

Tech was knowledgeable and professional; we went with another contractor whose bid fit our budget. Tech didn’t accept coupon and we were pleasantly surprised that Aquarius reimbursed us promptly for what we paid him.

Dave did a fabulous job helping me with installing a ceiling fixture in front hall and purchasing and installing a ceiling light fixture in laundry room. He was very professional, plus being friendly at the same time. Would call to use him in the future!!

I've had several interactions with Aquarius this year...HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. In all cases, options where thoroughly explained, workmanship was excellent, workers were professional, and no surprises financially. I'd strongly recommend Aquarius for home service needs!

Shawn and Casey were very kind and informative. They were happy to show us how stuff worked and were able to present options while laying out pricing in timely manner. We chose to have Aquarius home service continue to maintenance our water treatment system.
