I grocery shop for myself and my father every 2 weeks so I have a cart full when I’m done. They had 1 register open and there was a line so I went to self checkout, which I typically don’t use. At one point I had FOUR employees circled around me like vultures watching me. Not one employee asked to help me or offer to open a register. Instead they all chose to stand and watch me like I’m going to steal. I have anxiety like the rest of America and this experience brought me to tears by the time I made it to my car. This was my first bad experience there but it was enough to leave a mark. I find this completely unacceptable.

It's worse than ever as far as selection, customer service & their lack of consistency ( especially in the bakery, fresh meats & deli.)

Only small self checkouts were open though there were many employees walking around the store. I had a cart full of groceries and when I asked an associate for help, they directed me to the associate at the self checkout. I asked that person for help and they gave me another cart to put my groceries in. I spent a lot of money to do all the work by myself.

Horrible when you actually need help! Especially in electronics or photos. Keep pushing the button for help all you want AND ask a random associate (who will call another person to help you) and still you wait while associate does something more important than customer service. All so you can wait for them to fix a problem they created earlier that you have to come back to get fixed.
Sadly, this is normal for this store.
