It’s such a gift to have someone who really understands both my abilities and my needs—for gym workouts and home workouts. I do wish there were more women’s classes, especially since I work from home, but wow—Elsie is a walking book of knowledge! This location fits perfectly with my mom life and Walmart run schedule, and as a business owner, that flexibility is everything.”
