Have sent multiple emails asking for an ACH payment link with no response. Was quoted 1800$ for a clean up and and “tax preparation”. I was given an autogenerated quickbooks report for the “clean up”. Taxes never completed, when I asked about if they would complete them they said it would be an additional $400 dollars! I had already paid according to their invoicing. I’ve asked them to remove 400 for tax prep not completed with no response. $300 of that was “quickbooks set up”, which is entering company information like address, phone number. Weeks have gone by with no response and I’ve been emailing them almost weekly. On top of this horrible service they are now charging 120% annual interest for horrible work and work not completed. Will remove this if they help to resolve the issues.

Great service. Their entire staff from the front desk to accountants are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Phone calls and questions are always returned in a timely fashion. Always greeted with a friendly smile when you walk in the door. Highly recommend using their services for all your accounting needs.

I’ve worked with Christianson for years, the Litchfield office has made my life a lot easier. Great staff, they take care of my payroll and accounting. They always fix my mistakes and catch what I’ve missed.

Was going to have my taxes done here. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment. The front desk person had zero customer service skills. The CPA didn't call me in until 20 minutes after my appt should have started. She claimed that I was the one that was late...I write down the time of my appts as I make them. Anyways, we chatted for less than 15 minutes then I left. I didn't feel confident so I called the next morning saying I would pick up my stuff. I got there, front desk lady still rude. She gave me my stuff and handed me an invoice. I asked what the $50 charge was for-she said for whatever the CPA did for me. I said we had a 15 minute conversation and she did nothing else. She made a snide remark and told me I had to pay it. No one deserves to be treated so rudely. I took my stuff somewhere else - never coming back to this place. After chatting with some people, they had similar experiences as well. Unfortunate
