So supposedly this place has new owners!!!
We weren’t able to pay our storage on the site.. tues morning we got locked out for being late.. not even 24 hours!
We have been renting here for 20 years!!
Good lord!!
Ya I am going to let you hold my 45 thousand dollar trailer hostage for your lousy $105 rent? I don’t have access to pay online.. I can’t go to the office because they locked us out at midnight of May 1!
Is that really even late?
And no one is returning our calls?
What should we do?
This makes me sick!!!

White Bear RV and Boat Storage is amazing, well-lit, the cameras keep the facility secure, and ownership is very responsive.

Tom, the previous owner was awesome. Rented for several years. New owners are corporate. Cant rent to me because of our size. Hasn’t been an issue before. I miss the small business owners.

We like how close it is from our home. We love the price it is the best around cause we checked. We like that they have pull though spots, the the place is maintained very well. We feel that our travel trailer is safe here with all the security they offer. But sometimes or more like every time you leave your spot (which is assigned) another person will take that spot maybe with their car, or leave trash, or just park their RV cause it is closer for them. Then with little kids and after camping all week/weekend and traveling all day. I have to call and figure a new spot that wont F over someone else like an adult. I don't know who or what is at fault but it is ruining my experience at this place.

Great small business wonderful to work with. I'm a new RV owner, plus I had COVID-19, so I was a little more high-maintenance than usual. Tom was so easy to work with. Our new trailer has very comfortable winter home now. It is completely fenced in with an 24-7 keycode entry gate. Really happy that I chose this place!

I wish I could give five stars. I really do. The owner is great and they've been good to me. But I had two cars stored there together and felt that they were relatively safe there. Then on Tuesday the 17th of March 2020 I drove by and noticed one of the cars was missing its hood. I pulled in to find that the car had been broken into with damage done to the door. The hood completely missing. The police were called as well as the owners, however nothing was seen on camera. I was able to narrow the theft down to a less than 48 hour window, but the cameras didn't cover that area. Also the fence is so low that it's likely whoever stole the hood didn't have to drive inside to get it, because they could easily it over the fence. Don't fall for the false security of the gate and cameras. They won't protect you, and something you would never expect to be stolen (a freaking hood for goodness sakes) will be taken.
