Dominick (a banker at Lino Lakes branch) is friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I come in, he is very patient, considerate, and engaging. We need more people like him!! He deserves a 5-star rating. Thanks, Dominick!

Branch manager was rude and defensive when I told her the drive through teller services being shut down was not clearly marked. I wasn’t mad, just making a comment. She was condescending and really turned me off from coming back to this location even though it’s the closest to my house.

Fast friendly service by Candace??? The lady with the pretty pear shaped ring. Bike parking. Cigarette disposal located on wall at entrance. Lovely bench outside entrance.

I am disappointed with this branch, I received a letter that my account has been closed for inactivity for the last 6 months. I visited the branch to activate my account. I can't do anything to my account for three day's until my account reactivated. I visited the branch later on, I gave them my driver's license, the customer service needs to verify my name by phone even they had my driver license in front of them. Customer service is not the best, I have to make appointment to close my account... I clossed my account, the bank issue me cashiers check, the branch asked me for two ideas to cach the cashiers check they issue to me while I am in the bank from the same customer service issued the cashier check!!!???
I am taking my business elsewhere.

Never bring any altered checks/money orders. They would not accept it. You can always go to the local ATM and deposit your check or money order there. The bankers would not do it because they don't want to lose their jobs over something that looks fraudulent to the tellers or the supervisor you will not get any type of legal documentation that shows that this is a part of their policy or any type of policy that states that they will not take it regardless so please don't take offense to this.

Disappointed with teller services being reduced at this location. To make things worse the drive thru has now been closed and the single ATM machine works sporadically. I am thinking of closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

Pretty poor service. Losing business to non customers and previous customers. Sad that a bank can't make change for a $100 bill.

ATM is always either out of order or not taking deposits. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.

Stopped banking with them because debit card transactions would take days if not a week to post on my account. It was hard to know what I really had in my account. I had to pay over draft fees like crazy. They told me it was the stores not submitting the transactions right away. Sounds a lot like a scam to me. I switched to US Bank and never had a transactions take longer then 5 sec to post on my account. I banked at this location but it’s a Wells Fargo problem in general.

Wells Fargo thought it was a good idea to get rid of one of the ATM’s. Big mistake. Always have to wait in line know. They have been down twice since they took away one. Vey annoying not another WF atm close by

Very challenging to communicate with driveway tellers. Hard of hearing, hard of understanding, miscalculation of deposit amounts and more. Watch for what you do and pay attention to the numbers before your money gets lost in the misreading of numbers.

This branch and the one on the south end of lake drive are the reason I am considering leaving wells fargo. They are constantly "temporarily" closed, no warning or notice.

Went there to close my account (I wanted to consolidate my money into a a single bank and my other bank suited my needs better) and was worried I might get some resistance or pressure to keep my account open. Instead, Joshua Vicks, the banker assigned to help me, was very respectful and friendly and the process was quick and simple. Best experience I've had at a Wells Fargo.
