701 Apollo Dr, Lino LakesIf Heaven served enchiladas, they'd taste like Don Julio's! I ordered three enchiladas Verdes, and let me tell you, they were so good, I briefly considered renaming my firstborn after this dish. The chicken was so tender and juicy it practically serenaded me with mariachi music as I ate. The flavors were so spot on, I almost heard my taste buds shout, '¡Viva Mexico!'
The atmosphere was like stepping into a cozy little cantina, where the only thing warmer than the ambiance was the friendly staff who seemed genuinely thrilled to be there. They were all smiles and good vibes—like they knew I was about to embark on a life-changing enchilada experience.
I kicked off my meal with the obligatory chips and salsa, and while the salsa was standard issue (no surprises here), it did the job and made my Dos Equis Amber taste even better. Speaking of which, I'm now a loyal fan of this beer—Don Julio’s has officially turned me into an amber convert!
