I had to change the date of delivery and I even transpose some numbers in the address and lake floral delivered a wonderful bouquet at the right place and the right time. Talk about fantastic customer service. Lake Florals is top on my list.”
“We have a 28 year old lawn mower that would not start. I did what I could but I'm not a small engine guy. I brought it in and expected it to take a couple of weeks if it was even repairable (for our own reasons we wanted to get a few more years out of it). They gave me a reasonable price to diagnose it, and called with options the day I brought it in. I called back next morning with our decision, and four hours later it was done. I picked it up and when I got it home it started on the first pull! They had the machine for 31 hours. Very happy. I will go back.”

Whenever I have a problem with something growing in my yard, they always take their time and give me great advice. “Very nice Bachman's. Staff is always helpful and while often times an employee or two isn't knowledgeable, they are always able to find someone who is. I wish they had more native plants, trees and shrubs and more plants that are confirmed to be pesticide free. Remember to ask when you buy so you know if your plant is supporting wildlife or unintentionally endangering it.”

“In trying to find fence panels, one employee said they don't sell them. Asked a second person who looked up exactly what we needed. Most employees say hi as we walked through store, but didn't offer to help. Got the answers we needed (eventually) and at least employees are cordial.”
“Bill, who works at the pro desk normally, went above and beyond for my husband and I. We needed a new mower and we were having trouble finding someone who could help us. Bill stepped in and helped us even though it wasn’t his department. From start to finish he was awesome. Thanks Bill!”

“The last three times I've been to Home Depot it was to look at their indoor plants. I've been wanting to add to the plants I have and was looking for something different than what I had. I have been very happy each time I went to Home Depot - the selection was good, checkout was easy (self-checkout), the sales assistants were very helpful and came over right away to check on me to make sure any I wasn't having any difficulties with the check-out process. I especially have enjoyed their sales on succulents as well as their end-of-season sale where I got some excellent deals on plants. The only things I'd recommend are to expand the houseplant section, get a wider variety of plants, and do not offer artificially-dyed plants (e.g., blue or purple plants).”
“Even though there's a Walmart that's close to where I live ( I live in Robbinsdale so the closest is in Brooklyn Center and after that in Brooklyn Park) but I make a special trip to this one in Roseville , because it carries special foods like Organic Black Bean Spaghetti (pictured), pink Himalayan salt, etc. The Black Bean spaghetti is super low carb and super yummy and my favorite! I can buy things here cheaper than at Whole Foods and I love the layout and things are so easy to find. LOVE!”
