Came with a coupon for an oil change. They were very nice and helped accommodate me even though I went to the wrong location, which is why they get 2 stars. However, I happened to have a transmission leak and they made me feel very uncomfortable with how they handled the situation. They made it feel very urgent, like I needed to get it fixed that instant, and said the worse case scenario would be $650. I called my usual auto shop and they weren't sure what could possibly make the number that high, and Google agreed with my other mechanic. When I said i was going with my regular auto shop they made me feel very uncomfortable and kept trying to justify why the prices were what they were. My auto shop charged me $290 and said that no matter what needed to be done with the transmission it wouldn't get much higher than that.

This was my first time at Lenfer, and I was impressed at their great service with honest and trustworthy work! I originally came with a quote from another auto shop, and Lenfer re-diagnosed the problem and found a discrepancy in the other party’s report. As a result, I was able to get my car fixed for the right problem and at a lower cost!
