Mr. Larson is a go getter if your motivated to get you a house. Mr. Larson really had a game plan for me and i never experienced such customer service especially when i compare him with one of the U. S. Bank lenders. The U. S. Bank lender pretty much told me i need a down payment then send me a email few months later about the interest rate dropping from 7 percent to six percent in interest but never actually told me what he need to start processing my application. The customer service experience was like night and day. In less than do i dare say a weekend i was just told what i was qualified for and what properties i can shop around and even help me how to use my credit and down payment to get the most of my future property as a first time home buyer. Mr. Larson all he did was made me solidify trust in him and he will get more business from me. Mr. Larson also educated you so you know what to expect which i love that because i hate surprise or unexpected events so to speak. I can't wait to build my portfolio with Mr. Larson and Aaron Rouser.

Very friendly, easy going, good natured guy who really puts in the effort to find you an affordable, move in ready home to call your own! I was with another lender before being referred by Chris Hansen a fellow co-worker! Immediately after taking Chris's advice I switched my future homeowner options to Justin! It was like night and day between the different lenders! Justin took over and within the first two weeks had more accomplished in my favor than the other lender did in 4 months! Justin even had me approved for more money and had put together a plan that made sense to accomplish what I thought was going to be impossible, but not for Justin and his outstanding team of professionals! Today just roughly 4 Months from start to finish I closed and now have keys to my first home! I still can't believe that I'm a homeowner now! Thanks again to the outstanding above and beyond work from Justin and his outstanding team! I can't ever thank- you all enough for this opportunity!
