There are cameras at this store I hope. Their fatter older lady is a racist. She told me I couldn’t speak English because I’m Asian. Born & raised here lady. She also denied me corporate information. I will find that out on my own. All this rudeness & disrespect from someone whom shouldn’t be providing customer service…over the wrong type of cigarettes she sold me…SMFH…
This lady grabbed the phone & acted like she was on the phone with the cops. She then told me to leave her store after switching out the right cigarettes. As I left the store, she says over the intercom, don’t come back. I said aloud, believe me…I wont be. I called 911 to confirm if a unit was heading over so I could report this racist behavior & was told NO.

I come here at least a few times a week. Always a pleasant experience, except for tonight. I stopped in at 6:05 this evening. The store was almost empty. I had a $100 scratch off winner. I presented it to the lady behind the counter. She says she just did a drop and doesn't know if she has enough money to cash it. I said, if it would help, I can purchase another $20 ticket. She said ok. Took my winner, and called me an idiot under her breathe. I didn't say a word as there were now 2 customers behind me, and I wasn't in the mood for an argument. She kept huffing and puffing like a friggen Rottweiler. She then counted out the money from the drawer, still huffing and puffing, and said she shouldn't have done this and won't ever again. This was ridiculous. A middle aged woman acting like a child, when all she had to do was tell me she couldn't cash it, and I would have come back tomorrow. Typically, I wouldn't write a review such as this, because I'm quite sure nothing will come of it. But she was one of the rudest people I've come across...I know good employees aren't always easy to come by, but you can do better than this.

Have been using a 10 cent Holiday gas coupon (pic on my phone) for over a decade… Today, a young woman and her District Manager said “ won’t accept it”50 cent’s cost them my business for good… Arrogance and inexperience has cost this location a lot more! Bill’s Superette 3/4 of a mile up the street has gladly accepted my 10 cent off and any other competitors discounts on gas! Also, this Holiday stations premium gas is 10cents higher than all in the area! Buyer beware!!

I use to work for this store and my daughter currently works at the store I was carded because the DM said nobody that could vouch for me was working but Kendra the Assistant Store Manager was standing there she knew exactly who I was overall these two has the worst attitude and customer service skills I’ve ever seen in my years going into gas stations that’s in a predominantly white neighborhood living in this area for two years and that’s sad to say it was obviously ? something personal but too bad it shows that because I was black something they could never understand being shallow little girls it built my confidence and made me even prouder to be me and that makes my day but them two classless chicks need to be exposed to the prejudice that showed and especially the DM god only knows how she got that job

The Female managers/workers is a bit rude, it's not what they say it's how they act. Walking away from registers every time I come, just thought they was under the impression that I steal. I didn't say anything because I wanted to show them I was NOT a thief and I'm ACCUALLY a loyal customer. Today everything changed because again a manager walked away from the register when it was my turn. I asked I believe his name is JOHN why did he walk away and he stated the worker came back from the restroom. I work for a gas station, I'd never leave a register when a customer is present, help the customer then go back to doing whatever you had to do. Your in the CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS for goodness sake. My overall experience with the holiday is a zero. Five stars to the gentleman that works in the morning and evenings he's really REALLY PLEASANT! To him I thank you for being a good holiday employee, you're awesome!!!!!!
