Came here for a preoperative exam for a surgery and had a great experience. I was in and out very quickly, both the nurse and doctor Broszko were great at answering questions and seemed very thorough and attentive.

Difficult clinic to work with for completion of paperwork requesting physical exam results. My provider left the clinic and they required a new physical exam even though I had one in the last 8 months. I am unsure of why they could not refer to my records in file from their own clinic and they were not helpful to discuss their reasoning. After scheduling a second physical, they were unable to confirm the upcoming physical exam with my insurance to determine if it would be out of pocket or if it would be covered since I had already had a physical in the past 12 months. I ended up transferring to another clinic after reading some of the reviews here and the new clinic has been extremely helpful.

Super friendly staff. Short wait time for appointments and lab work. My primary doctor is here and she’s awesome!

Our doctor left this practice but we chose to stay because the nurses are great. When Covid hit our house last week this office canceled our video appointments and told each of us to call in to speak with the nursing team. The team read off the 3-5 min instructions (same spiel for each of us). The RNs answered our questions, prescribed antivirus meds & were rather helpful & kind. They told us to call back & speak to the nurse team if anything changed or we needed anything else. We called in when One of us could not sleep due to cough. They refused cough syrup or anything to help cough because of the chance it could cause covid pneumonia but said call back after a set amount of time. We called as instructed and got no help. I have had appts canceled by the staff all referring us to call in. Covid has passed but the cough hasn't. I thought they may want to do a strep test but no. Meanwhile, my family member coughs until they vomit & cannot heal because they cannot sleep. It's Poor health care, no communication & no concern for a patients welfare.

I’ve gone to this clinic since I was little and have generally always have had a good experience. Sara always takes the time to listen, review my chart, history, etc. and makes sure I feel heard. She is incredibly knowledgeable and curious and I appreciate her. Bailey is also very thorough, and the nurses are generally friendly. Highly recommend this clinic. Wait times for appointments can be lengthy. I’ve used HPs Virtuwell app for same day rush visits and that’s also good.

My HealthPartners primary care provider was booked out more than two months so I made an appointment for an office visit at HealthPartners North Suburban Lino Lakes with Christine M. Broszko, MD in early 2022. Big mistake. When I arrived, the clinic staff at HealthPartners Lino Lakes didn't acknowledge me. I had to ask about a whiteboard that noted my appointment would likely be delayed by 45+ minutes. My appointment with Christine Broszko was brief. She had clearly not reviewed my medical history and recommended labwork that had been done six months prior by my HealthPartners PCP. She ignored my initial stage 1 hypertension reading (142/95) without recheck during my visit and also made an unsolicited referral to a faith-based program. Hard pass when a supposed medical professional recommends pseudoscience. HealthPartners Lino Lakes then waited more than 100 days from my original visit to submit the claim to my insurance. I asked for a code review as the charges didn't make sense. I spent less than 25 minutes face-to-face with Christine Broszko. This visit was submitted to my insurance as a 45-59 minute new patient visit. After I asked for a code review, I found my well-documented pre-existing condition had been submitted as a new, undiagnosed problem. I would strongly recommend against receiving health services here. If you do, please be sure to advocate for your rights as a patient to receive referrals based on empirical evidence and monitor for coding practices that misrepresent and/or inflate services you've received.

The worst! They have had a written rx sitting there for days to be signed and still can't give me an estimated time it'll be done. I work at a clinic, I know what it takes to do this. Meanwhile my son is without medication. So frustrating.

Very rude staff. Very busy, so they do not care at all about patients. Have no problem being rude, and telling your medical info to the entire waiting room. Same day appointments are a joke people! Tried at 8am to get in same day, wasn't a location in MN with an opening. Yet they boast online and in commercials about this service they are unable to offer. HP has gone downhill fast! Too many patients to actually care about a single one of them.

Doc Knoedler is the best doc I have ever been seen by. He cares, listens, does his best to try and help take care of you and talks to you on your level. I have moved and I still go out of my way to continue to see him because having a doc like that is not something I want to lose. The princess complaining about him has serious mental issues if you ask me.

I’ve been here twice for labs. Each time I had an appointment and each time I waited over 30 min to be seen for a simple blood draw. Not sure why it seems to take forever for simple procedures. It’s the most “convenient” by location, but the worst

I felt I was overcharged so I filed an appeal. Out of spite North Suburban re-billed me again for past experiences that were months old, over $200 that I already paid for. Health Partners did nothing to stop them. Pretty sad people act like this.
