This location probably has a bit higher quality and quantity of weight equipment than most Anytime locations in the metro, and I have still never had to wait for or had any issues with any equipment here. All around I would recommend this gym to anyone in the Lino area.”

“Don’t hesitate to sign up. They personalize the training according to your needs, when I first saw the videos I felt intimidated by them because everyone looked so strong and athletic but once I started going I realize that the coaches actually teach you how to do it and have realistic expectations for you and tell you that in time you will get there too. The focus meetings are the best part because you get to have a private talk with your coach and talk about any goal you may have. It’s just amazing. Everybody makes you feel welcome all the time. ?”

“Earlier this year, I had the privilege of using this gym on a work trip. This gym has a fantastic amount of space, and variety of equipment. Granted I have only used this gym during the early morning hours, I feel it would take a lot for this gym to get crowded. This facility is clean and the equipment is on point. I don’t have any feedback for further development. With that said, this is a great spot to get a workout in! Hats off to you, AF Maplewood — keep doing what you do.”

“I've been a member since May 2021 and love working out at this gym! The first year I learned that "scaling is cool", weightlifting is great (didn't have barbell experience), and cross training really helps with other life activities like half marathons, rock climbing, general fitness, & acceptable caloric intake. The second year I challenged myself to get stronger and faster. And now in year 3, my coaches are encouraging me to work on more challenging movements and helping me improve my technique. They truely want you to "get better" every day and meet you where you are at. The best part about this gym is the community membership - from social outings to workout encouragement, this group of people is what makes the gym home. Our initial introduction to Jam Hops was in 2014 for kids gymnastics, then we took a break and returned in 2018 for recreational dance. We’ve since gone in all out with two kids doing full-on completion dance because of the positive experiences all around.”

“I've been a member at many gyms however I've been at this one now for over 14 years and couldn't be happier. The owner is friendly and he takes care of the equipment promptly if something needs servicing or needs to be replaced. The gym is clean and has everything I need to get a great work out in. Like anywhere it's a little busier during peak hours so I just try to avoid those as much as possible. Awesome gym!”

Even though the gym can be busy, I love that I can work out and feel completely autonomous, which makes the experience comfortable and stress-free. “This is a great workout gym. The space is awesome with lots of great equipment and the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you want a hard strength workout they are there for you. I am a 54 year old woman and they are also great workouts for me and make adaptations as needed. It’s great to feel strong and they make the conditioning part of the workout fun!”

“I have now been a member since July 2022, and The Athlete Lab has changed my life. I was in the worst shape of my life when I joined. I have happily attended classes 3 times/week for the past year and a half because of the fun, encouraging, kind, helpful, accepting environment. The coaches are all amazing, individualized, and supportive of each person. Even when I have had injuries I have still been able to enjoy class. I cannot recommend this gym enough. I had never done crossfit and would never have believed I could. But at the athlete lab I feel so capable and strong! And I have gain a ton of muscles and lost some fat! It's like an adult playground, and I am so grateful I found it!”

I have been learning a lot about science behind fitness routine/workouts from her and I have been applying that knowledge to develop fitness programs for Cricket players. She does a great job with following up with you to make sure you are putting the work outside the gym also. I highly recommend Tiger Training and Family Fitness.”

“We like SNAP! My family has been going here a couple times a week for a few months now, and we find it to be clean, sleepy enough that we can access the equipment we want easily within a session, and we're able to meet our fitness goals. It feels great to watch yourself get stronger week over week. The staff is friendly. They have a few reasonable rules that we have no problem following (bring a clean change of shoes, don't let the weights crash down, clean your sweat off--seemingly standard stuff). It's an excellent value if you get a couple or family discount--go in during business hours and they'll set that up for you.”

“I love this gym!! I waited until I was in my 50’s to join a gym and now I wonder why I waited so long! The Manager, Dimitra, took the time to show me the equipment and how to use it. She was very patient with all my questions. She always greets me when I’m there and makes me feel welcome. My trainer, Christina, is awesome. She is so good at her job and helping me with my technique and pushing me beyond what I think I can do. I love working with her and it’s helped me so much. The gym is clean, great variety of equipment and a smaller setting so it’s not overwhelming for a newbie like me. I highly recommend this gym. So glad I made the call to Anytime Fitness in WBL!!
