“I have an Infinity Video 1 Center channel that I purchased in 1990. I used it regularly until maybe 2004. Then it went into storage. I let my son use it for a couple years then back in storage. I decided to inspect them and saw the foam was completely torn. I had also replaced the tweeter with a larger size that didn't fit. I decided to repair this speaker. I live in California and gave up on figuring it out myself. I ran across Midwest Speaker Repair on a google search. I measured the foam size and then sent pics in and someone sent me a link of what I needed and gave me advice on the repair. I completed the repair today! My recommendation for cleaning old glue is acetone. They send you written instructions and glue. Many how tos are on you tube if you need them. The professional advice from this company is superb! I just emailed them yesterday about what sizes tweeter would fit and received a response on Saturday with link. I made tweeter purchase today. This is a one of a kind business. I recommend them highly!”

“Picked up a pair of LRS in 2021. Best speakers I've ever heard. A little light on the bass, but what bass you hear is tight and accurate. For vinyl listeners, you will hear things you never knew existed within tracks. Absolutely incredible accuracy and reproduction. They get very loud and pull plenty of current from my 2010 vintage Sony receiver. As for longevity, time will tell, seems like a delicate design that may not handle high volumes”

“I just left the Forest Lake location when I came in for help with my Samsung Note 10+. Without warning yesterday everything displayed in a light grey scale and my senior citizen eyes could not figure why it did that or how to make it stop. I believe it was Nick that helped me figure out which button accidentally got pressed so if I do it again, I can fix it myself. Without his help, I know my non-techy self would still be trying to figure it out until my head exploded and I'd be forced to by a new phone. Thank you, Nick. You were very patient with me and I appreciated your help and your knowledge!”

Wow, sure made this techinical "uneducated" gal feel ok about my list of a hundred questions. They all were patient, kind, willing to explain and wanted me to feel ok before I left the door. And invited me back if I had any further questions.The reason I stay with Tmobile is for the great customer service I get upon entry to your stores. I don't want to go somewhere that the employees are bothered by the customer. Continue Tmobile on 96 to hire employees that care about the customer.Thanks guys!!”

“I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. I was informed there would be a short wait to meet with someone who could help me. It was a shirt wait, less than 5 minutes. Akenya is the person who came to help. I needed to change carriers and needed new phones. Akenya is personable and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable and made a painstaking task painless. When it came time to get the phones setup with my current number we ran into issues. The previous carrier put up EVERY roadblock they could to prevent me from keeping my phone number. Akenya tried everything she knew to help with it. Just when we thought it was a dead-end, she tried one last thing, it worked. She didn't have to take that time. She didn't make me feel like a number. She didn't rush me, she didn't try to talk me into the biggest commission, she presented me with options customized to what I was looking for. This will be my 3rd carrier in the last 25 years. If every interaction is like this one, this will be my last carrier. Thank you Akenya, I wasn't looking forward to this, you made it easy. (Added bonus, the upfront cost I expected based on what others told me from their experiences, I walked out with more than half of what I expected to spend)”

“I went in yesterday to buy a network switch and a few other computer related things- a gentleman named Stacey helped. So polite, answered all my questions, and was very personable. The entry staff was also helpful and tried to point me in the right direction to find what I wanted. The store seemed clean and organized- not sure why all the bad reviews but I definitely felt good going into this store and left with a smile on my face.”
