Best tire shop in the metro! These guys work hard!! They are professional, incredibly knowledgeable, excellent customer service, very efficient, kind and super easy to work with! They are the gold standard of work ethic and customer service that is above and beyond! Eli, amongst all the guys at the shop, are excellent! :)

The Discount Tire warranty certificates are a gem. I recently had a bizarre experience with a wobbling wheel which no one was able to diagnose for months until I brought my car here. The Discount techs here discovered the tread had begun separating likely due to a manufacturing defect. Aside from a nominal fee for a deductible or TPMS sensor (I can't remember which, it was under $25), a replacement was mounted, balanced and ready within 30 minutes.

Have been to this discount tire twice in the past year. Both times for 4 tires and couldn't be more pleased. I order online and have them delivered to the store, set an installation appt and I've been out the door in under an hour both times. (Low profile 20s and 18s mind you) Would highly recommend this location!

I’m preparing for a long road trip and needed to get some new tires. Spoke with Nick on the phone and he told me they’d be able to get me in and he wasn’t just yanking my chain. They were quick and seamless. They started by offering me their best option which was a little over my budget Instead of trying to sell me more than I was willing to afford he jumped to something more near my budget of what I was asking and even work with me to get me slightly closer as to take care of my need without breaking the bank. If you go here they will actively listen to your needs. Best experience I’ve ever had at any type of automotive service center. Not to mention they were friendly and very relatable which made my wait far more enjoyable.

Justin helped me when I was in a pinch. Helped me go over all the options for solutions to my AWD car that needed to have all 4 tires replaced. Went from being quoted $750 at BMW to only spending $100 with Discount Tire. Blessed he was there to help, if you have issues come talk to Justin. He will take the time to help you best as he can

Never had any issues, and always great pricing for new tires.
Gave it 4 stars just because came in for a tire rotation on my dodge ram.
One of the tech broke off my studs. They offered free repair at a local shop near by, but was closing soon and I had to travel the next day.

I highly recommend discount tire company in lino lakes! They always treat you right. I was in there about three or four months ago and I'm not going to lie I wasn't very happy with what was going on, I'm not going to go into details here. But I was just going to have them rotate my tires and be on my way. During the tire rotation I did go do some shopping for about 40 minutes to an hour. I came back and was surprised to hear that they put new tires on my vehicle and honored their commitment to me. I can't recommend this place enough! They treated me very well and I will always respect that. They have a customer for life with me.

Had my wheel lock key stolen by Morrie’s Chevrolet in Forest Lake. Called about it only to get the run around “We did not take it”. Then when asked about a replacement they told me they do not have one for purchase and to go to Discount tire to have it taken off. Went to Discount tire today, had the wheel locks taken off and replaced by regular lug nuts so this never happens again. Great service by Discount, they did the work in under 10 minutes at a very small minor charge.

I purchased a new set of wheels and brought in my existing tires to get mounted here. Unfortunately, the installers at this located scratched my new wheels and blamed it on the shipping/manufacturer as the cause. However, we opened these wheels in the store together and there were no signs of damage out of the box so I was feeling uneasy already.
I was given an email review of the store experience and reached out through there. The Manager (Mike) reached out to me immediately and wanted to get this issue resolved and make it right.
Mike told me to come into the store and he would purchase a replacement wheel for an exchange of the damaged one. It went well until we were unable to find a exact replacement. Working through this for about 2-3 weeks, we finally came to the conclusion of ordering a whole new set as an exchange to make things right.
Shoutout to Justin for helping me through this process as well for searching for a replacement and personally mounting the new set and tires for me when they finally arrived. He was quick to mount the wheels/tires professionally!
I had a bad experience at first but Mike and Justin went out of their way to make things right. I highly appreciate their effort, time and customer service to make the situation better. This is the type of leadership that is needed and I am glad everything was taken care of. Again, big shoutout to Mike and Justin for going above and beyond.
