“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”

“I go here for Sprinter service for my camper van. I was quite happy with Sears Imports for service but they are very far away and their lot is ridiculously tight for maneuvering an RV. I switched to MB of SP when they started their Sprinter service and there were a few communication bugs at first in scheduling. That's all in the past and the multiple times I've been there since, everything has gone very well. I never felt overcharged and the service reps with whom I spoke have been very knowledgeable about Sprinter issues. I feel lucky to be able to get my Sprinter-based camper van serviced here.”

“My truck got "hit and ran" in a Walmart parking lot. We sent the photos to our insurance company with the police report. I asked friends and family if they knew anyone that did body work. Two different people suggested Dontes shop. We let the insurance company know, dropped off the truck. Donte and his team did a fantastic job. “This place is awesome! I'm in trucking and any time I need a starter or alternator, this is my first stop.I have older trucks so a lot of the time my starter or alternator has been discontinued by the manufacturer, and all of the stock has already been bought up around the country years ago.Instead of rummaging through junkyards or getting scammed by spammy websites that say they have the part in stock when they really don't, I just bring the old unit in and have it rebuilt. Sometimes they even have brand new aftermarket units on hand as well.For my small trucking company, time is of the essence so its good to know of a place that I can get my original unit rebuilt with lightning fast turn around, like new quality, and solid warranty. They also do testing on site just to be sure that the old unit is indeed bad, and also to be double sure the new or rebuilt unit is working properly before I bring it back to the truck to install it. Can't ask for much more than that.Thanks a ton fellas, and also thank you in advance for the next time I'm on the side of the road with a dead alternator, I'll see you then!”
