“Had a great experience with getting an alignment. We have a truck that was in an accident and totaled. We repaired it to the best of our ability but the frame was still a little crunched. They were very up front about what they could and could not do. They even took me out to the shop and showed me (female) the issues and what they could do to make it drivable. They did not push me to make any expensive decisions in the moment. While waiting I saw them offer the same great customer service to everyone. They especially took time with the ladies to show them what was going on with their vehicles and not lay any high pressure, expensive sales pitch on them.
