If you need a tow out of a ditch in the Chisago Lakes area, like my wife once did, Peterson came in the time of need and did a great job. Our SUV spun out of control after hitting a washboard area on a gravel road not far from our house. Once it left the road it rolled in the ditch popping out all the windows. Thankfully, she and our son walked away from the vehicle unharmed. A testament to wearing seat belts and cars deploying airbags. It was a relief Peterson Towing handled the vehicle upon arriving.

My brakes went out while driving on the Thursday evening before memorial weekend. Peterson’s was available after hours to tow away my vehicle. The owner was honest and only fixed what it needed at a reasonable price, quickly after the holiday. I was very pleased and would definitely go back!?Service: Car towing

Highly recommend! I blew a tire on my flatbed trailer right in Lindstrom on highway 8. Did not have a spare. Called these guys and they were out to help in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Took my rim back, put a used tire on it, brought it back, reinstalled, and I was back on the road in less than 90 minutes. Amazing friendly service. (btw I'm getting a spare for the trailer :) )Service: Tire change

This man not only tows your truck , he even looks for your lost keys before he tows. He found the Lost keys & towed truck back to my friend's house with keys on dash. ( It was out in country). So all's well that ends well. Thank you Dennis. Hi, I'm Kirk's friend.

I called to ask about cost and availability for a tow for my sister who was stuck on the road. The man who answered the phone was dismissive, rude throughout the conversation. When I said I would have my sister call with her exact location his response was, "I can't wait." We got fast and friendly service from PLC Towing in Schafer.

My experience with this company was very poor today. The man who answers the phone is extremely rude from the second he answered the phone. Basic customer communication is lacking greatly. He said I was not the only person in the world and he would get to my car when he had time. This was after I called 5 hours after he picked it up to see if he had a chance to look at it! They towed my baby semi. In a snow storm. I though I lost it..but no Cheryl kemponich. And randy had it towed. In a blizzard. Parked in her driveway. After fuel gelled up.no one home left a note ?. But apparently they don't read or like semi. Trucks !! ! 460 dollars later.

I recently had a tire blow out on my large living-quarter horse trailer (loaded with horses) along a blacktop heavily traveled fast-paced country road with little shoulder to pull off the road. My horse trailer was on the very edge of the roadway. When my roadside assistance program told me they couldn't get a service there to change my tire for at least 2 hours, I took the initiative to lookup roadside assistance myself and found Peterson's Repair & Towing. I called Peterson's and they had a person onsite to fix my tire within 10 minutes! The repair fellow was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly to change my trailer tire so I could be on my way. The price was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend them for service!!
