The receptionist was a delight when I called 2 WEEKS after the inspection of my window. She said didn’t know why I didn’t Receive a quote because, normally they send one out in 1-3 days. She then couldn’t find my paper work, the technician that came to my home didn’t even turn in the paper work and then she said she couldn’t reach him till Monday (this was on a Thursday and with the technology we have now days how is that even possible?) any ways I was very nice didn’t complain and said ok when she told me someone would reach out on Monday. Well today is Monday and I got my quote, called back so they can email the quote to so we can show our insurance company and asked if we could get any kind of discount since they were out here on the 23rd of June and today is July 11th and just got the quote the gal said no and said she’d send the quote. 5 minutes later the owner calls to tell me he’s not interested in doing my this job for me, because I asked for a discount and there are to many “red flags” about me! (red flags? Only red flags I see are theirs, and there are many as you can see if you have read this review) I was very polite in asking why but he was not very nice and basically told me he didn’t think we would pay him. This man was a tad aggressive, I told him we have an FSA loan on our farm and they and our Insurance need to know everything we do to our farm that why we needed the quote emailed. I really can’t believe in a small town area like we live in there are still small businesses that would treat people like this. I’m very disappointed not just in how long it took to get me quote, but also how I was treated.

I just had James Brekke replace the windshield in my 2013 beetle. Very professional job. Done very quickly. Car looks like new again! Thanks James!!!!!!

I had a window pane shatter because of the freezing cold a few weeks ago. Indianhead came out within a day, gave me a free quote within a day and came out and repaired. Fast, easy, priced well, and good work. Happy they could help!

St Croix Falls Indianhead helped us reseal a window on our studio building. They took time out of their day to pay a complimentary visit to our site giving us piece of mind and a quick solution.
