Boudin put my bank account information wrong on my returns, per the IRS and my bank, so now I have to wait 10+ weeks for it when it was expected over a month ago. Very, very disappointed.

I would definitely not recommend this place. Front desk lady was rude and talking negatively about me to other employees right in front of me! I waited for 10 minutes past my appointment time, with no acknowledgement and decided to leave. Plus no one there had a mask on.

I have been coming here for years! It is absolutely the best place to go and get your taxes done! I started bringing my kid here too! Tammy has been doing my taxes, and she always makes sure I get the most i can get! Its a family business, so its just a wonderful place to go!

My wife and I have had Bodin's do our taxes for many, many years. Bryan's mom did ours while she was still alive. In all these years never a problem. Never.

They did my taxes incorrectly, which resulted in less than half my refund. Then had to send in amended documents in paper which has now been close to 3 months ago. Didn't respond to repeated phone calls. Then asked me to apologize to their staff for a message I left regarding the horrible service. Just found out, they also put down the wrong address on return. Unbelievably incompetent!!

Absolutely horrible. Messed up my taxes so my refund was a third of what it should have been. They had to amend their mistake. Which has taken 3 months so far. Then I just found out they put my address as St Paul and wrong zip code causing further issues. Flat out incompetent!! Stay away!!
