This gas station needs to get rid of Jenessa. No “Hi, good morning!” no “How are you?” Not even a hello. I find customer service very important; I found no attempt at feigning politeness here. Worst experience and she made my bad day worse.

If you don't like KT, there is something seriously wrong with you and you should drive to the nearest hospital, check yourself into the mental ward and think about how you have wronged all of society with your negative attitude.
