Dr Hively and staff were so compassionate and did a great job reassuring me that I was doing the right thing after an evaluation. She also explained to my kids how everything worked and how he wouldn’t feel any pain. She even cried with us as we said goodbye to him and hugged us. We didn’t feel rushed afterwards to leave and love how they have a door you can leave out of so you don’t need to walk through the lobby crying. Thank you for always taking care of our pets and treating them like they’re family. They will forever be our vet.

The training was top-notch, and it's clear that a lot of care and time went into the process. The space is clean, organized and welcoming, and the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. Shaun and Brian did an amazing job with our pup. Highly recommend!
