Hated this laundromat. Washer was totally confusing regarding how to select hot water. I couldn't figure it out and didn't see anyone to ask for help. Most dryers have no timer. Totally annoying. Also saw staff with seeming dry cleaning all over floor

I really wish Yelp would allow people to give 0 stars becuase this place would get ZERO!DISHONEST CROOKS!!They claimeD I dropped off more items than I paid for and then tried to hold my items hostage until I paid the extra amount. When I refused the girl at the counter brought over another employee, both who kept laughing at me for being upset. Then the girl phoned the owner to 'see what to do'. Having the owner on speaker phone, she finally got me all of my items but the owner on the SPeaker phone was also laughing at me and calling me a psycho. NEVER! NEVER! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!

I went to Raindance because of their joyful and happy large group of workers show on a movie screen ad @ the Megaplex. They even offer vets discount, I usually go the those places that show respect for the vets that way. Well, it was not so joy or happy there when I took in my wife's slacks. I had to ring the bell a couple time to get someone to the counter. My wife does not like creases in her slacks and does not want them hanging on the bar of a wire hanger and I told the girl exact that and made sure she understood that. Well, guess what I do not think that anyone who did the job even read the instruction since the pants where creased, and hanging on the bar and the did not look like they were cleaned. I told the girl at the counter these are creased and not hanging by pins which were always done by our cleaners in Riverside, CA. Now, here we go again I went in three weeks ago to take in my nice shirt jacket that came from Canada. A bit expensive and one of my favorites. It had some whitist powder on the front and back right shoulder. I took the girl at the counter I wanted a crease in both sleeves and make sure the white stuff gets cleaned. She type my instruction in on the ticket. I went to pick up the jacket a little bit later then the pick up date and what do you think I found....yep no creases, the front still had the white stuff on it and I pointe it out to her. She told me they can redo the cleaning and crease the sleeves just like I showed her where they needed to be. Today I went in and picked up the redo after a week and half just to make sure it was done. At first she had a hard time finding it. I looked at my jacket...NO CREASED AGAIN AND IT WAS A BIT FADED. I showed her no creases again and she said, "Well we usually don't crease jackets" I said louder, "I told you I WANTED CREASES, THAT IS WHY I GAVE IT BACK TO YOU....she said nothing. I then grab the jacket and said a curse word and said : FORGET THE WHOLE THING ANYMORE...even louder. I left the store and I will never go back again....I am going the go to JACKSON CLEANERS INSTEAD WHO CAN FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS AND READ NOTE DIRECTED TO THE PERSON WHO IS CLEANING AND PRESSING.THE END OF THE STORY FROM HELL!

I went to Raindance Cleaners to drop off a curtain panel to be dry cleaned at about 2 p.m. on a Thursday, but there was a note posted on the door that they were hiring and to come back at 8 a.m. the following day. I understood how challenging it is to hire employees at this time, so I didn't mind returning the next day at 8:45 a.m. After I paid, the service clerk told me to watch for a text when my order was complete. A few days later, I was notified my cleaning order was done, so I returned at 11:07 a.m. on a Wednesday. There was another note posted on the door that they were at lunch and would return at noon, although the posted hours were 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (changed now 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) I felt annoyed that I had to leave and return to pick up my order. When the service clerk handed me my order, I removed the curtain panel from the surrounding plastic to ensure the targeted spot was successfully removed. I politely told the clerk it was still stained, and she looked at it and said, "That is flawed material." I responded, "Those flaws were not there when I dropped the curtain panel off." The clerk became defensive, telling me that Raindance always does a good job and that they didn't cause any material discrepancies on my curtain panel. I knew getting in touch with a manager was best, so I left without further discussion and with the intention of locating a manager. That afternoon, I called Raindance to speak to a manager. I was told Celeste, a manager, would return in ten minutes and that she would call me back, but I received no return call. So, I called first thing the next day and spoke to Kayla. She told me she would let upper management and the owners know about what happened and to expect a call before they closed for the day, but again, I received no return call. I waited another day to see if they would call, but no luck. I am posting pictures of my curtain panel to show that Raindance did not remove the stain, the damage done to the curtain's fibers and that they somehow embedded the top grommet patterns into the curtain's hem. I do not recommend Raindance Cleaners, and the pictures tell you why.

I've been coming here for about a year now and it's been okay for the most part, but it's always dirty and half the machines don't work. Recently though I've had enough, machines are always nasty inside and smelly, dryers don't dry. Other people's laundry are always sitting in the machines for hours so other people can't do their laundry. It's just been disgusting lately and I will take my laundry business elsewhere from now on

At first I was extremely happy about there being a dry cleaning service that delivers! And I've been using them for about 8 months on and off. In the beginning I was using them darn near 2 times a week. Job change 5his spring, and I don't use them as much. Oddly enough I've been charged over 100.00 in March, for a total day cleaning on 4 pairs of slacks. After reading others posts, calling them might be worthless. I'll continue to try to reach out to them. But for now, reading others posts that have the same issue makes me think they are credit card charging happy business owners. I've deleted my cc on my profile, so hopefully they'll stop charging me. For now, they are on my business beware list. If also like to add, I'm not sure they were actually washing my slacks, as I had a small drop of food on one, so I left it to see if it got cleaned. The pants were only pressed... the food ship was still there. I washed my pants and it came out. So this leads me to think they were not washing my clothes.

The Customer Service and cleaning quality at Raindance Dry Cleaners is awful. I took a brand new first time to be cleaned $250+ down comforter to them to be cleaned in June when weather turned warmer up here in Duck Creek. I picked up the bagged cleaned item when it was ready and stored it bagged in my linen closet. Upon removing it a week ago to place on bed as weather cooler, I found huge rings of some liquid stains all over both sides. I called three times to discuss it and was told manager would return my call but it has yet to happen!!!

I have used the touch free car wash ever since they opened it, have always been very happy with the results except the last three washes. Nothing but streaks, water spots and overall a bad wash, the tires and wheels looked untouched by the wash. I called and left a message (they love to hide behind voicemail) and never a return call, I called the laundry and talked to a lady who could care less about my issue. She said someone else runs the carwash even though it is the same owners. There are lots of car washes in Cedar City and one of them will get my future business, not Raindance.
