Excellent help in diagnosing my car. I gave them the code from O'Reilly today and he helped me have an idea of what could be wrong right over the phone. He was so kind and helpful and honest. Ford didn't give me any info and acted stuck up over the phone and wanted to charge a outrageous amount to have it looked at. I will be taking it in next week to get it looked at roadrunner . Very affordable and helpful. I highly recommend. Other car shops I felt try to take advantage. Roadrunner also did a excellent job fixing my heat last fall. Mechanics I can trust to fix my van and go out of their way to keep the customer happy about their experience. If they don't have a loaner car for you, they'll give you a ride home and come pick you up when they're done.

Even though they were very busy, they came to our rescue, towed my husband's pickup, and had it fixed for him the same day! We were very impressed by their speed, and the charges were more than reasonable!
