I would have loved to have given 5 stars because of how nice everyone was but unfortunately actions spoke louder than words. I had to get 2 tires swapped and it was an emergency situation. My brother passed away and his funeral was around the corner from here so I figured to give them business since the shop my brother worked at was now short handed. Side note, I live 3 hours away.
When they were midway through changing them, I believe his name was Mike came to tell me that my tire pressure gage in my rear passenger tire was busted and I could pay to have it fixed. He said it wasn't a big deal so I declined thinking it wouldn't effect the entire system. I told my dad about it, who is a car dealer, and he said its very easy to break it if you're not careful.
Now my car won't show pressure for any of my tires. I'm bummed that I was lied to about it and my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of by the service guy. I'm especially insulted that he didn't take responsibility for breaking it and suggested that I pay for it to be fixed. I called about it, he said he can't prove it was him that broke it, I reassured him that the system was working fine before the change and now is completely busted, but he stood by his statement.
If it really were as simple and inexpensive of a fix as you said it was, A1, then why are you ignoring my phone calls? If this is a bigger bill than expected when I get it checked this Tuesday, I hope you reconsider picking up the phone.

The lack of accountability for the simplest thing is concerning here. We had 2 tires changed and the technician messed up the tps on it. We called and the first time were told “you can’t really prove that we did that” and then we called a second time to discuss how they are going to fix it and they have been ignoring all calls since. It goes straight to the answering machine and has for the past 4 days now. Very disappointing. We don’t even live in the area. Happened to be there because my brother died a few days before and with a winter storm coming in, we needed a set of tires. Had I known this was how they handle business, I would have brought it elsewhere. It’s a simple fix and all they need to do is admit that. My “proof” that they damaged it or maybe even knocked it loose is that it was working before I brought it in and then it wasn’t after the tires were changed. I don’t recommend their services.

Excellent help in diagnosing my car. I gave them the code from O'Reilly today and he helped me have an idea of what could be wrong right over the phone. He was so kind and helpful and honest. Ford didn't give me any info and acted stuck up over the phone and wanted to charge a outrageous amount to have it looked at. I will be taking it in next week to get it looked at roadrunner . Very affordable and helpful. I highly recommend. Other car shops I felt try to take advantage. Roadrunner also did a excellent job fixing my heat last fall. Mechanics I can trust to fix my van and go out of their way to keep the customer happy about their experience. If they don't have a loaner car for you, they'll give you a ride home and come pick you up when they're done.
