Called to see if someone could look at my vehicle and they guy who answered said "yeah I don't want to do that, sorry" and hung up. I called a different shop near by and had no issues. Sucks because I just moved here, and this was my first experience with local Business. I was referred to this place my work too. Whatever dude.

I called because my truck is throwing some codes. I simply wanted some advice on what Greg would have thought it might be to narrow it down so that I could get quotes. And he immediately responds with “so are you just trying to get free information from me or do you want me to diagnose it?” I’ve told you exactly what is going on with a truck go a T and you can’t tell me what I’d be looking at for costs before I bring it into you? I’ve called three other auto repair places since That conversation and they’ve all told me exactly what they think it might be and even advised me how to go about diagnosing it myself.I brought my truck to him when I was 16 to get the entire front end replaced and I told him the only thing that actually needed to be fixed were the upper and lower ball joints. The kit I bought online had the wrong style ball joints so instead of calling me to inform me, he replaced everything else, called me, and told me it was fixed only to drive it home and find I have the same ball joints and no alignment. What a joke.
