Negative star review!! Absolutely the worst internet company I have ever used across the country and world!!! I had better internet in Iraq and Afghanistan! Internet goes out you call and set up an appointment just to have no one show up. Then get someone just to not be able to have anyone come out for another 5 days after they never showed up to begin with! I call and told it’s a 45 min wait or they will call you back. I waited 55 minutes they call I answered and I’m still waiting on hold now 33 minutes without speaking to anyone. Run away from them!!

The worst ISP I could ever imagine. I was intermittent for years. Didn't work for the last 5 years. I kept it to retain the email address.
When any other option came available I quit.
You can't even quit them without being charged fees!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s almost comical how horrible this internet is. Can’t wait for the fiber optic internet thru a different company to be installed in our area.

Crashes multiple times a month, lag in streaming upload and down load sucks. People actually have to answer the phone first for there to be customer service. Everything gets routed to India where they dont have a clue what you are saying. Keep looking else where Im doing the same.

Constant daily problems. Customer service isn’t able to offer any solutions. They have faster internet options to upgrade to but they’re “not available in our area.” With the risk of sounding ignorant, we’re halfway through 2023, we’ve walked on the moon, ect….How is it that we can’t get reliable, fast internet in the metro? It’s bewildering.

Impossible to get customer service, outages all the time. Short with you when you need assistance, chat even takes forever. Overpriced and ridiculously priced for the service provided. Try to retrieve your password to use the APP like they suggest- and you never get the email to recover. Worst internet service ever. Step up your game Frontier

Their services are not quality. their internet, customer support, and they don't want to send people to repair or upgrade your connection. I've had many days where I have no internet and frontier were not down for repairs, I've also tried to upgrade my internet and I was told they would call me back but didn't. I believe they are slowing and giving all of us worse connections in order to save cost and make people pay for the higher speeds (This is merely the opinion of an angry customer). Sadly where I am there are no other providers, our entire town was passed by the more reliable companies that offer fiber optic due to our small population. Frontier does not deserve a 1 star but I needed to speak my mind.
