Worst customer service at the pharmacy ever. Even the manager at the pharmacy is incompetent and an idiot! They’re all so incompetent and rude. Worst customer service EVER! Definitely won’t be doing business there again and I do not recommend this place at all!

The other recent reviews are correct. They are slow filling a prescription. Giving 3 stars because the automated telephone service at least tells me they are “stillworking” on filling prescription and because it was filled within 2 days.

Worse customer service skills by the pharmacy staff. When requested a prescription which was sent over from children’s hospital, the tech swore at me and suggested I take my business elsewhere. In the future I will! Nice mouth on your staff, might want to consider review of the employee handbook on customer service.

This place keeps going down hill. Today I went to buy protective underwear for my Grandfather and I actually had to tell the kid at the registers that I wanted my purchase to be put into bags. Have some common sense! I shouldn't have had to ask for my purchase to be put into a shopping bag.One of the female employees in the pharmacy is prejudice towards people who take medication for pain. When I called to ask if they would be able to fill my prescription I told her what and how many she replied "JESUS" with a disapproving attitude. Very Unprofessional. They have also somehow lost a prescription I would recommend getting your pain meds anyplace else

Snotty pharmacy aid would not accept my elderly wife's clipped MN state ID given as temporary. Good enough for police but not the angry teen (waiting for ID card in mail) to purchase Sudafed so I had to go in. I guess a picture ID confirming one's age and name is no good if the corner is clipped. So if you live alone and have a temporary license this little snot will not sell you Sudafed. The adult staff members just looked on. No wonder Walgreen's are getting pushed out by CVS. Terrible service at this location. Avoid this one. They'll likely appreciate that.

I had an absolutely horrific experience receiving a vaccine here. The little vaccine cubicle was disgusting— there were bloody cotton balls and bandaids on the floor. The pharmacist who gave me my vaccine was rude and condescending, and I have very little confidence he administered my vaccine correctly. He did not even sanitize his hands before giving me my injection. I would not recommend receiving a vaccine here.

I have been using this Walgreens for 14 years and never had an issue with the pharmacy before. Warren the gentleman who’s been there a long time is wonderful, but the newer women employees are very rude. They act like they hate their job, very quick, no smiles, handed me my prescription and said, “Here ya go.” I’ve never been so disappointed in service. I held for over 20 minutes for anyone to answer the phone and never got a person.

Awful. The pharmacist who "helped" me check out acted like she would rather be doing ANYTHING than helping me at that moment. Rude. Didn't ask if I had any questions about my medication or anything- just kind of stared into space until I walked away. Never again!!! I have seen one friendly man that works in the pharmacy, but the rest are rude. Definitely need to do a training for customer service at this pharmacy. Yikes!

Very bad experience with vaccination, the pharmacist was not even ready to listen, she just called me in, asked me to lift my shirt sleeves and injected me. I was surprised that she did not disinfect before injection. Then she asked me to leave, I asked her don't you put a band aid over it, she was rudely answering "You are not Bleeding". She has no idea of customer service or good hygiene practice for vaccination. I would not recommend this place.

Incompetence is bad enough, but they couldn’t care less if you live or die while they make mistake after mistake. You get numb to their terrible customer service, but when it really matters, they will lie to you, refuse to answer the phone and generally wait for you to go somewhere else.

The absolute worst place to have a prescription filled. I called to check the status and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She said my prescription was an over the counter thing and would not be filled. I asked why I wasn't notified and she started yelling at me about not being in control of the automated system. This was not an over the counter medication! She didn't even look at what I was asking about. Just started yelling. If you like bad customer service and waiting weeks to find out that they aren't going to fill your medications, continue to go there. Useless!!!
