I went there to have my daughter’s and myself’s passport photo taken. It was the worst experience ever. The guy who took our photos his name is Michael very rude, He looks like he hates himself and hates others. Never said a word never greeted us. And on top of that his photos were horrible. I tried to talk to him twice to let him know that I want to retake the photos, he never looked at me, never answered me. Then I walked to the front desk to ask the nice young lady who was there to come and let him know about us retaking the photos. He re took them . But guess what, they were worse than the first ones. The top of our heads and hairs were cut off. The measurements of the head were wrong. They probably going to reject them at the passport office. I’m definitely going to return them and get my money back, and never go to lakeville location ever again.

The store itself is great, but use the CVS across the street for pharmacy needs. Every time I get a scrip sent here it takes at least 24-48hrs to fill, which for sick kids is useless.

Every month, for 6 months, I’ve had issues with not only this Walgreens but others in the area with a particular prescription. This time it said it was ready to be picked up and I did express pay. As someone who travels 4+ weeks/mo for work, time is of the essence for me. Stood in line for 20+ minutes only to be told that it wasn’t ready and had to wait for “x” amount of more time. When I asked to submit a formal complaint about this particular medication, Betsy’s response was “Go somewhere else.” Is that a solution? Sure. But really shows the lack of empathy from employees.

I have been using this pharmacy for years and something changed 2-3 months ago. The walgreens app stopped working so you have to call in, stop in, or go to the drive thru to check the status of prescriptions. All of these options are slow, and today I got hung up on for the 2nd time after waiting on hold for over an hour. The staff seems like they are on another planet, unhelpful and rude. I kept hoping things would return to normal and the app would work again, but the system is broken and no one seems to be fixing it. Anyone have a recommendation for a better functioning pharmacy nearby? So disappointed.

Worst run pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Short staffed, long lines, rude employees. Avoid at all costs

I do have to say that our store is always clean stopped and gives great customer service. We do the best with how many people we have for our Pharmacy staff. We have done everything that we can to get the word out there that we are looking for help in our Pharmacy. But I do have to say that we always do the best that we can for getting prescriptions done. Including when people come in line when they get a text message when over half the time the text message says that it's time to refill a medication not that the medication is ready. There is usually about 600 prescriptions that they have to fill per day also they get people with different refills we get stuff from hospitals we have to do our RSV flu and covid shots. We are literally trying our best. We greatly appreciate everybody's patience. We have also received nice cards and people letting us know how much they appreciate how hard we work everyday. We still have a significant amount of loyalty towards our customers. But please know that it's like this at all pharmacies so even switching pharmacies isn't really going to help very much unfortunately. So I will end this with if you know anybody 18 or older that would like to come to work even if it's just part-time we give paid training. Please send them our way. Thank you for your time you are appreciated.

GIVE YOUR PHARMACY STAFF MORE HELP!!! It takes forever to get a prescription out of this place because there is basically nobody working in the pharmacy. Absolute failure by management and corporate. Will be changing pharmacies, don't have time to wait in hour long lines anymore.

I was on hold for 49 minutes. The recorder said there was one caller ahead of me!Different time: waited a whole day to have a prescription filled. Went the following day and still waited 30 minutes for my prescription!Hire workers! I’m taking my business elsewhere!

Worst customer experience we have ever experienced in our life. My wife had been in there now twice for a medication they claimed they would fill but didn’t. It’s for my daughter who is 1. Last week they said they would get it in stock in 2 days, but that was not true. Fast forward a week and you’re still out of stock. So, my wife asked kindly to transfer medications to cvs since my daughter health is important to us. She said said no and just call cvs. The pharmacist was very rude and irritated today with us. Thanks for leaving us with this experience you guys have a long way to come. And really it’s not just being short staffed it’s about quality of care even if you’re short staffed. Don’t forget that!

Can never get through when I call, whenever I try to go in person, the line is 15 people long and doesn't move.... I'm taking my prescriptions across the street to Cub. I've used them a few times previously when I had issues getting something filled at walgreens and have had no issues... it's time to take all my prescriptions over there.

I sent in a refill for a prescription and was told it would be available the next day. I then got a message I had no more refills, eventhough it showed I did. After trying to call the store and waiting over and hour and finally getting disconnected, I went to the store. After waiting a half hour there, the tech told me they were having issues and had to manually change something to get it filled. I then had my eye doctors send a new precription in, which they said they received. I went to refill off the new one yesterday and got a message they had to contact the dr as I had no more refills. Same old problem with noone answering the phone so set up a transfer to Walmart pharmacy. They called and said it would be better to have the Dr send a new one as they had not been able to get anyone there to answer in the last two months.
