Outrageous hold times. Waited over 2 hours when there were only 3 callers ahead of me. They'll also randomly give you like 5 pills rather than completely filling a prescription. The staff always looks exhausted which means they're definitely understaffed and/or poorly managed. I'm switching ASAP.

Recently moved and have been so happy with this walgreens. Fair expectations set for fill times, employees went above and beyond updating addresses for our family (with a mix of last names making it complicated), including our cat. So fair I've been happy after multiple visits.

On hold for 1 hr and 30 mins. I work for an airline and we don’t have a hold time that long. This is freaking ridiculous.

This is the worst pharmacy I have been to. I have been coming here for awhile but I have to tell you that they are rude and do not care about you or your medication. I can’t tell how bad my experience is here every single time I seriously feel like they need a serious change in management and customer service like wow what a terrible place to go and as you all can see everyone is saying the same thing. Plain and simple take your business elsewhere.

Told me a med would be ready at 9 am and got there at 2:45 pm after work and was told it would be another 45 minutes until it was done. Can’t wait to switch to cvs.

This is the most unhelpful Walgreens. I had a pharmacist tell me that she hated her job. That is not who I want filling my medications!They are under staffed. When you need to call them, be prepared to wait on hold for 10 minutes. I can not wait until the end of the year when I can switch to another pharmacy!

Every time I'm here there are 5 people stocking and talking and no one helping support drive through or helping people in-store trying to pick up. It's absurd.
