Garbage place. Can't get ahold of them on the phone. Drive thru is always closed. Expect to wait 30+ min if you have to go inside to stand in line

I sent in a refill for a prescription and was told it would be available the next day. I then got a message I had no more refills, eventhough it showed I did. After trying to call the store and waiting over and hour and finally getting disconnected, I went to the store. After waiting a half hour there, the tech told me they were having issues and had to manually change something to get it filled. I then had my eye doctors send a new precription in, which they said they received. I went to refill off the new one yesterday and got a message they had to contact the dr as I had no more refills. Same old problem with noone answering the phone so set up a transfer to Walmart pharmacy. They called and said it would be better to have the Dr send a new one as they had not been able to get anyone there to answer in the last two months.

The service at this Pharmacy has gotten terrible over the last year. Expect long waits whether you are picking up inside or going through the drive thru!

I had another pharmacy call to initiate a transfer. EVEN THE PHARMACY sat on hold for 1.5 hours.I called my pharmacy 4 hours later and they stated they had yet to recieve the fax.I tried to call walgreens to light a fire under them and Sat 2.5 hours with No ANSWER... not even someone picking up to to tell me to screw off and laugh at me.Hands down the worst pharmacy in the state.

I’ve gone to this pharmacy for years and have experienced all of what the other one-star reviews explain. However, tonight was the worst customer service encounter I have ever had in my entire life, here at this pharmacy.I had been on and off the phone with the pharmacy and my doctors office all day today (8/2/23) as the pharmacy was (for the 5th month in a row) out of my medication. I understand back orders and shortages, I myself am an ICU RN, so I just dealt with going without my medication until it was in stock. However, I finally reached a solution today with my doctor to split my 70mg into 50mg+20mg to make it easier for the pharmacy. The order went through and I was relieved as I am leaving out of town in the morning. Of course, it said it was delayed.. all day.. and it finally filled at 6pm. I was 45 minutes from the pharmacy and knew the pharmacy closed at 8pm, so I started on my way to pick it up before hopping on a plane in the morning. I arrived at 6:55pm, walked in, to see a sign that said the pharmacy will be closing at 7pm for the next few days. I hustled back to the pharmacy, where the tech was assisting another customer. By the time they were taken care of, it was 7pm. I walked up and the tech closed the gate literally in my face and said “sorry we’re closed”. I accepted my fate and walked away, but then the person I was with asked what happened because he saw the tech and another tech laughing as I walked away. I felt like I was going to cry in the middle of Walgreens.. this pharmacy has officially lost my business. I have never experienced such a blatant act of disrespect, especially as a family came up behind me with a toddler who needed to pick up they’re meds and they were helped. I felt singled out and embarrassed and I’m just shocked that this even happened.Absolutely horrible pharmacy.

This pharmacy has over worked staff and I found out that 2 of their techs didn't show up. They are behind of filling prescriptions. Today they did not and can't find in their system a prescription that was send in a week ago Also walking into the store I noticed dirty entrance carpet that still had salt stains on it. Walking back to the pharmacy in saw dirt around shelves and soda machine. This is about the dirtiest drug store I've been in. Makes me want to change pharmacy. 30 days clean up your act or I'm gone

Had covid test, waited in line forever to get it and then never got results. They apparently never sent in my test to the testing company. Don't even bother to try and call them about it because you will sit on hold for an hour and then hang up on you.

This Pharmacy location is terrible. I have had issues with every prescription I have had filled here. Delays... claiming I don't have insurance.... Issues I've NEVER had anywhere else. I decided to try them one more time, since the location is on the way to where I work. I had my Dr submit a prescription 4 days ago, and was told it was out of stock. I called today to see if they had any scheduled shipments coming in, and they said it will be at least 2 weeks, and told me "every" Walgreens was out of stock of the med. (That immediately made me skeptical.) So, I started calling the other locations in the area. ....they ALL have it in stock. Don't bother with this location for prescriptions.

The store is good. The pharmacy sucks. Always more than a 30 minute wait. I'm moving scripts to a different pharmacy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had issues several times filling prescriptions. I will receive a text stating that the prescription is on backorder. A week later I will call to only find that the prescription has not been ordered. This time, the prescription is for asthma and for 3 months- I save 1 month when my doctor orders it this way. I got the message that the prescription was on backorder. I week later I call, and it had not been ordered. They had 1 in stock so I asked if I could pick up that 1 since I was totally out of the med, and then pick up the other 2 when it arrived on Monday. They said yes. I just called and they said that since I picked up 1, I cannot pick up another one suntil 30 days, despite the other technician stating that I will be able to pick up the other 2 on Monday. To top it off, they did not order the other 2 so it is still out of stock. Whenever you call, you are on hold for a considerable time also. I use to like this Walgreens, but it is time to make a change.

This is the worst pharmacy to get you prescriptions at. The long wait lines and not enough help is ridiculous. They accommodate the drive thru before standing patients. But even the drive through is a long wait going to switch to new pharmacy ASAP.

Keep having bad experiences, one specific pharm tech was extremely rude to me on more than one occasion; they’re rude on the phone, i understand being understaffed but part of your job is customer service and that aspect is HIGHLY lacking.I gave the PHARMACIST my child’s name and date of birth they said they would not fill his medication without the doctor’s ok because of his weight which had not changed in months….. i verified the medication and dosage and she said that it was a “concern” at this point my mother who is a nurse came in to ask about it, the pharmacist then called me back LAUGHING saying she got my child confused with a child who was needing an ok on a TYLENOL DOSAGE!? THEN STILL SAID I NEED TO CALL MY DOCTOR ANYWAYS BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE THE ORDER SENT BY THE DOCTOR..this whole ordeal started around 11 am and did not get resolved until 3 calls to the pharmacy and 3 calls to the doctor finally being resolved and starting the filling process early in the evening.. i would never encourage anybody to get their medication filled here, especially after they mixed up my child’s adhd medication with a tylenol medication !?

I have already provided feedback to Walgreens via their website so here's the gist of it. I went in to pick up a prescription (drive thru line was long) and 3 people were ahead of me. One person was at the counter the entire time I was there. Finally someone helped the two in front of me and then just left. Didn't acknowledge anyone else in the line or anything. They continued to help all of the people in the drive thru so after awhile I went to the counter and asked if they could help me between cars. The tech said - sure. Another tech interrupted and told me that she was not able to help me and I needed to get back in line where she had been helping the same person (who was on the phone trying to acquire information and not even actively engaging) FOR THIRTY MINUTES. I have spent HOURS in the drive thru or in store lines over the past several months. The operations of this pharmacy are abysmal & need to be addressed by Walgreens to give customers the experience they deserve.

I just stopped in to drop off a prescription and went to the drop off window, and both the purple haired employee and the pharmacist were rude as hell to me, told me to go stand in line in a rude way, so I go stand in line And as soon as I got to the counter they completely ignored me and she was working on one register when I was there standing in line and then once I got up to the counter she was on the other register and she really said I’m over here in a snotty way, so I got an attitude back sorry but I work In customer service and I’m never rude to anyone who works in customer service, And for these two people to just be completely rude for no reason should maybe rethink their job profession
