Why did we not switch to Verizon years ago?! Best experience I have ever had with an awesome sales rep. Matt. Super informative and very knowledgeable. No more spectrum! The home internet works better with no dropping in Lakeville. Ready to switch from ATT too because I’ve had too many issues with them over the years and the bundling thru Verizon is so much more economical. I will have better service in Lakeville as well if I do because ATT doesn’t work in the middle of Lakeville.

Unhelpful, went to Best Buy immediately after and purchased a $1,200 phone in cash. Whoever the associate is that is there today 2/15, didn’t even try to help or answer questions.

Went there on 12/06/24 with an issue with my SIM card. The employee unknowingly added a 2nd line that caused my bill to increase $17/mo, he said it had to be an e-sim. Verizon corporate became involved today 2/11/25 and they said the employee was just making a sale, and didn’t follow the correct way to correct the SIM and ESIM issue.

Went in to check out the possibility of getting a new phone, see what it costs. I was helped ball 3 salesman Mahad, Sam, and Abe. These guys were legit. Found me a deal and made it worth doing the upgrade right then. Definitely come get advice from these guys.

I chose this location because the Google reviews were so positive. They lived up to their good reviews. Abe was very helpful and patient explaining the options to change my current plan and for upgrading my phone. He tranfered apps and data from my old phone very quickly and explained changes and improvements on the new phone.

Great experience! We originally went to the verizon in Burnsville where we were talked out of upgrading our iphones so we decided to go over to Lakeville location and all three of the guys there were very helpful and explained all of our options so we could make a decision on what to do, not the sales guys making the decision for us.
Mahad and Sam helped us upgrade and hooked us up on deals and accessories.
Thank you Mahad, Sam and Abe. We love our new phones! And thank you for great service!
