No one is held accountable at this location.
Female mail carrier decides if mail should be delivered or not. She gets to decide and say that the mail gets returned to sender.
Not one time has this carrier or post office received notification of my son not living at this address.
I will be filing a law suit against the constant abuse of mail from the tattooed female carrier who likes to continue to play games with mail.

Post office lost my package. The tracking number says its being held at the location but isn't there. They said we sent it back but the tracking doesn't say that. They don't want to take accountability of losing my belongings.

An item I ordered, was shipped via usps.Local carrier and branch marked the item as delivered in mailbox at 12:49pm, I checked the mailbox within 30 minutes of "delivery" and there was no package.I call USPS, they say "call the police and report it stolen".Here is a better idea, call your carrier and figure out where my package is.I know these carriers have been worked to the bone in the last few years, but it's still always disappointing when the biggest shipping companies out there don't take any responsibility when they lose the consumers paid for goods.Do better.

Package tracking indicated that my package was out for delivery. Later that day, the status changed & indicated that it was ready to pick up & if I did not retrieve it, the package would be returned to the sender. From what I could tell, no attempts would be made to deliver the package to my home. Nobody answered the phone, so I had no idea of the actual status.. Parking at this building is poor, & I have mobility problems, so I didn’t want to go to the building if the updated status was incorrect. It was mysteriously delivered the following day.When sending packages, I have not found the employees at this location to be helpful. I would recommend using one of the Eagan USPS locations.

The manager (Jason?) is very callous and rude. Never friendly in the slightest. I’m sure they get a lot of cranky folks but if you don’t want to work at the post office, go find somewhere else to work.

Why does this Post Office continually get 1star reviews and nothing changes. They never answer the phone. They’ve even admitted that to me. Does USPS even read the reviews. It’s wrong on so many levels. Businesses don’t perform like they do with absolutely no changes. I could only write this if I gave them 1 star. They don’t deserve that. It should be zero stars. Please USPS. Do something!!!!!!!

They missed my delivery 3 times and when I went and ask 3rd time he is saying are u still looking for it .
Worst usps service
I didn't received my deliveries and they are not doing anything about it

I don’t even live in Lakeville, my package was just unfortunate enough to be routed through this location. Packages arrive on-time 95% of the time with my own local post office but when it passes through this location they’re delayed for days at a time. I wasn’t aware of how bad Lakeville had it until coming on here and checking reviews, it really seems like a nightmare. I hope you guys get emergency staffing or some kind of help soon

Not one star. Atrocious. They won’t even answer phone. On wait for over 3 hours and then they closed. Tried the next day same thing. What a joke.
