Poor customer service, employees were inexperienced and uninterested, besides the one in charge. Took us forever just to transfer phone data and employee had a screaming child in the corner

This place had by far the best customer service i've seen in a while, as a fellow business it really was exciting going into a location and having every question you have answered, and even helped lower my bill and got my business home internet for $30 a month!!! GOODBYE SPECTRUM

Needed help with my phone warranty, Person I spoke with was unhelpful and inexperienced. Only stopped by this place as it was closest. Bad customer service.

The manager of this store was absolutely amazing!!! I forgot her name but she was really truly great. I entered this same store about 1-2 years ago and the customer service at that time was not good. This time flipping amazeballs, she was so patient and so accommodating. I will most definitely make this store my go to for all my T-Mobile wants!!!

Do not go to this location. They are not a corporate location and can only help with easy things. Do not switch to T Mobile!! I own a business and attempted to transfer all devices/service to T Mobile back in January of 2022. I was assigned a business rep for the transition because of how many devices we have and was promised that everything would be taken care of. After many, many months, emails and phone calls the service was switched to T Mobile. Or so we thought. I cannot even begin to describe the low quality service provided. It was honestly, the worst customer experience in my entire life. On top of that, the cellular service itself was spotty at best. Callers could hear me when talking on the phone and there were SO MANY dropped calls. When I explained the problem to T Mobile, they provided an antenna connected to my own WiFi at my house. Sure this helped when I was at home but as I am sure that you can imagine, it didn't do anything to improve my service when I was around town. We switched all our devices (28) back to Verizon and all the dropped calls disappeared. After all this time T Mobile is still charging for service on devices that they never transferred. (charging for services not ever rendered and devices that were never provided) Complete fraud. Stay Away!!

I needed a SIM card added to my phone. My husband passed away. David was the absolute rudest person I have ever met. His coworkers were embarrassed to be associated with his actions. My 13 year old son was with me and the way I was spoken to and treated is something absolutely no one working with human beings should have to experience especially after the loss of a spouse. My phone was ordered in February, sprint was already purchased by T-Mobile by then. Little did I know it didn’t come with a SIM card. I could not use the phone to make any calls. He called a number gave me the phone and they were only open Monday to Friday 9-5. It is Sunday! When I asked for additional help he asked me to leave the store like he was the FAA and I was causing a scene on a plane. You should be embarrassed to have this person affiliated with your company. I understand protocol but I also understand common decency and customer support and he has zero! His manager Jarred(?) who I assume was just sitting at home in his living room thinking he has some super powers as an at home manager was just as bad. I know getting quality employees isn’t easy but do better and do the world a favor and fire both of these individuals. I hope they never encounter a suicide in their family. I hope they are fired and I hope they never work in customer service again! This was the lakeville location near sports clips but the one near Starbucks they guy could not be bothered. Change your policy on how to talk and interact with people in this situation. Do better!

I went in on 3/23 to get a phone that the website said was in stock at this location. Not only was the phone not in stock but their entire system was down so I couldn't get any phone. Went back 3/24 and purchased a phone. I was charged over $40 for shipping and told the phone would arrive in 3 days. It is a full week later and I have no phone. Customer service was entirely unhelpful about it. Everyday I contemplate leaving T-mobile but the other carriers are just as incompetent and charge more so I'm stuck with them

They were very helpful. Very polite. Helped us with all our questions. Spent 2 hours there an never felt rushed. I'd recommend this location if it's your local store. I was just in the area an I stopped in an it was a pleasant visit.

Alyssa is the store manager here….we were moving 10 people from Verizon to T-Mobile and getting Black Friday deals…store closed at 6 pm. It is now almost 8 and we have a few additional things to do. Amanda M and Alyssa are still here, gave us water and snacks and best of all have SUPER attitudes! I am so impressed with their customer service!!!! She is store manager for a reason and wonderful to work with!!

I was just in this store with a technical issue, playing the role of the confused old man, and the two young ladies working were extremely, friendly, patient and informative. They fixed my issue within seconds. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

This Ex-Sprint location had the best service for my requirements.. I had met with extremely nice and intelligent people for a new prepaid line on an international device. I had been having troubles with securing a number for a while, and this team helped me with the process super quick!it took them less than 10 minutes to hook me up with a new number and i was amazed! I would definitely come down here if I wanted anything connected to cell phones or new connections! Amazing job guys.. I wish I asked for the names of the two gentlemen who helped me, but I am sure everyone at that store is doing an amazing job, so kudos!

Safe yourself a headache and buy online! I was told my new iphone was $849, tried to pay for it upfront and was told I couldn’t, that I had to wait 30 days. Once the lease was configured it was based on $999, not the sale price I was told. Called to get a credit and was told I had to wait the 30 days and they would adjust then. After 30 days went to the store as requested and Spencer conveniently didn’t remember anything on this even though I had texts and emails documenting the issue to him. He said his manager Tyler would call me and he never did even after I called again and left Tyler another message. Not worth my time fighting for $150.
