Been here once. The guy inside shut off all the fuel pump lights as I pulled in, about fifteen minutes before closing, so I got to fuel up in the dark while I listened to ads because they required their panels to not allow for muting.

I'm at the nicest cashier I had been going home from Hope Minnesota to Oakdale and on my way home stopped at this gas station because there was severe tornado warnings almost got blown off my bike and this nice lady let me keep my bike in the car wash I want to give a great thanks out to her I hope you hire more people like her

At 4 pm today I attempted to go through the car wash - it had a sign that said it was open. The card transaction did not appear to be working so I pressed the cancel transaction button but then the touch screen said approved. ? I drove in and the car wash did the spray underneath thing and I pulled up to the twirly things. It sprayed water and pink goo then told me to exit. I drove out and around to the front of the store. The clerks inside told me, ‘oh yeah, it doesn’t work.’ But why is there not a sign that says closed? I asked if they could confirm that I didn’t pay several times - nope, they couldn’t. The best they could do was have me write down my name and number for a call from someone. No idea who. The one clerk said he was sorry. Okay Owner People - maybe empower your team to offer a free car wash or two. Or something.

I want to preface this by saying that the employees have always been kind and done their job but you can tell management and ownership has really dropped the ball.
It is the closest gas station to my house and I avoid it as much as possible because I know a quarter of the pumps don't even work, it's woefully understaffed because they obviously can't pay a living wage and the food selection sucks. This is the third time I've been there and had to go to at least three pumps to find a working one. First screen was shattered, second wouldn't even recognize a card being put in and the third one finally worked. I've even showed up days where they were closed during day hours because they didn't have enough staffing. As a former gas station manager, I'm surprised this place is still in business.

Stopped here because the gas was cheap. There was no window cleaner wand in the liquid and zero paper towels outside. I went in for a snack and they didn’t have any hot food ready to go.

Regardless of anything else, Angelo this morning (if I’m getting his name wrong my bad) he was the guy at the store today at 8:45 made my morning, never went here and was greeted with that much positive energy.Really goes a long way. Stay positive man

Poor customer serviceWent there for a quick breakfast and lunch..no hot food! 4 days in a row no torpedos no hot dogs no pizza when i asked about it she said ahe is there to do cashier not cook food.2 major construction sites within walkin distances pwrfect for break and lunch..but nothing!! Speedway loosing big money and leaving everyone in convienced and hungry..SMH

Terrible customer service2 big construction projects rite next to store and they NEVER have hot food going for breakfast or lunch..when i asked about it she said im here to help not make food. LolThey are loosing money and we are hungry..nig cool
